    Absolutely horrible company!! My sons basketball team sent a link to watch a game and I signed in once at $10.99 for the month to watch game. Instead, I began being charged for a monthly subscription that I never agreed to! We did not look for charge and it went under our radar for a LONG time until I canceled today! If you sign on to this network, be VIGILANT to make sure you arent scammed into a subscription. Check your credit card for NFHSNTWRK. They obviously make the language so you have no idea that you are buying into a subscription and hope that people dont check. SHADY BUSINESS!! Shame on you NFHS NETWORK!! Absolutely shameful and no phone contact to resolve. I have never been SO angry about company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Do not waste time or money. Paid for subscription for girl's volleyball regionals...they only hand pick a few to watch. Of course, our small school was not one of them. Terrible app; and not totally honest. They do NOT livestream all games.....warning!! Run Forest Run!! Oh, and of course they do NOT have a phone number to contact them!! HOw convenient. Something needs to be done about this app!

    I was at my wits end with NFHS Network having camera/technical issues week after week and when I complain to them NOTHING IS DONE. I was not aware of how many people experienced the same frustration as me until I came to the BBB and see so many complaints similar to mine. Whats truly odd is that the problems have gotten worse over the three three or four years I have had a subscription. I thought with time, they would work out the wrinkles and have things working smoother with each passing year. Instead, they digress. Furthermore, their customer service is abysmal. They always ask for specifics to the game you were wanting to watch and then you waste time providing details only to get the following email EVERY TIME YOU FILE A COMPLAINT.****** (NFHS Network Subscribers)Sep 30, 2023, 9:40?PM EDT Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience. This error has been reported to the appropriate team so that they can work to identify and resolve these issues. NFHS Network **************** Finally, ********************** has a lot of gall to charge $11.99 per month when they cannot get their technology to work. The shouldn't be charging more than $5.00 a month *** until they get their systems in order. They are scam artists promising games the know will have technical problems. Why aren't they checking and double checking the cameras/sound/on screen scoreboard (which NEVER SHOWS A SCORE) days and hours before the game begins to work out any issues. NFHS Network is WORTHLESS!!!!!!

    This network has camera that does not work, and when you file a problem with the game, nothing is done. I have file five complaints about the cameras and nothing has been done. The next game the cameras are still the same. We live in another state and paid for this network to try and watch our grandchildren games, but are unable to do so.

    After 2 years I have finally had enough of NFHS Network and have cancelled my membership. Trying to watch football and wrestling is a joke. While trying to watch football the games were blurry, fuzzy, camera pointed in the wrong direction. Camera was not focused in on the play or players. Scoreboard - Time hardly ever worked - I can't recall all the other problems I had but the last straw was I had 2 windows of the game while showing these little figures playing football. What's up with that. I had to use a magnifying glass to watch the game. While trying to watch my nephew wrestle how can you mess up 2 guys on a mat? I will tell you - The worst was when the camera was showing only the scorekeepers. Other times I could only see the ankles of the wrestlers or the referee. There were times where I could only see 1/3 of the mat and the guys would wrestle on the other side of the mat and they never came into view. Blurry screens here as well as no score was never given. The *** IS USELESS-Let me say - the *** DOES NOTHING FOR ME. NO COMPENSATION - No calls - no text - You may get some generic email but what good does that do when you try to watch an event and there is no way to watch what you pay for. Calling the 800 number is useless - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - What a JOKE! You should be investigated for no providing the service you declare you give - because you don't give a proper service - Frustrated doesn't say enough about how I feel. You need to have someone support your so called business on the phone so someone could resolve these problems REALTIME as a *** or EMAIL does nothing - I would not purchase this product if I were you - unless you want to see one-third of the events you want to watch.....

    This company has questionable practices. My daughter's cheer coach sent ** the link for anyone who couldn't participate in the cheer competition (my daughter had *****) to be able to watch the competition in March of 2021.. I logged in ONCE and watched the ONE competition for what I thought was a charge of $10.99. As of April of 2023, the subscription was still billing monthly for $10.99 until they raised their fee to $11.99/mo until I canceled my card for "fraudulent charges". NFHS notified Chase that this was a subscription and I could have canceled at any time so they allowed all 2 years of charges. Had I have known, I would have canceled the same day after I watched the competition! They said they won't refund me even though they can see I had never logged in since that date in 2021. I do not have subscriptions to anything so I never thought to review my online credit card statement that I only charge minimally just so it never cancels for non-use. I feel very deceived by this company especially after being referred by a trusted source (her cheer coach) for a service I would never actually use unless it was an extenuating circumstance just as it was.

    Unreliable livestreams showing technical difficulties message on screen. Absolutely no customer service available. *********************. Encourage your school to host a ******* channel.

    Can we give this service zero stars? We were so excited to have our out of town family watch our kids sporting events. From day one of signing up its been horrible. Most of the time there are technical difficulties with the cameras so doesnt even show the game but if by chance it is streaming, scores are wrong, game clock is 0 and you cant hear anything unless you turn up your speakers on the ** to almost blow them out. We understand there are going to be challenges and dont even mind if the score is wrong, etc however when there are high schools that are stuck using this network the least they could do is look to improve it. I feel like theyre just taking money and doing nothing. The last straw was tonight for a soccer playoff game where once again there was a camera network issue. Not sure why I kept my hopes up and was surprised. Great concept, horrible execution.

    I opened an account with NFHS last month after viewing their site in order to watch ******** high school sports activities. This was during the time of the Boys Basketball playoffs. Upon establishment of the account, I attempted to watch a semi-final game, but for some technical issue, I could only see less than half of the game. I tried to view other games, but with no success.As I attempted to log in to my account to cancel it, thereby entering my username and password, their page stated that there was no record of such username. Obviously, there was recognition, because they debited my credit union account the amount of $8.99 on March 25.Because they do not accept phone calls, I had to resort to emailing them about my problem.That was two days ago, and I have not received a response - although its message said someone from customer service would be in contact with **** cannot accept this, and will not tolerate the ineptitude of their service. I simply want to cancel this account with them. Terrible. I am not asking for a refund, but definitely do not wish to continue with them
