  Terrible company!!! **************** is nothing but apologies!!! No concern or commitment to the subscribers. On Demand is a joke. Just out to make money. UIL should do better & get another service.

  Terrible service. Of the 5 basketball games Ive watched only one had a running clock and scores. A field at the bottom is always at quarter 1 home 0 away0. The response I received after going through hoops to contact them was it was a school problem. They wanted the schools names so they could contact them. My thought is I DONT PAY THE SCHOOL for service. I pay NFHS Network!!

  Incredibly unreliable. The streaming service actually works once in a while, 50 pct of the time at most for us. When it works, it can be great. But it is clear that they do not have people in the field who are reliable at setting up and maintaining their equipment. You simply cannot rely on the service, even if it was working the last time you used it.

  I can't give any star for review and there is no customer service to address the issues with streaming. I have sent emails and chats , which no response on fixing the issue. Terrible company!!!

  Terrible. Fifty percent of the soccer games this season only streamed the message, "Please stand by . . . technical difficulties." Or they streamed an empty field while the game was played elsewhere. Not what I would call an enviable record. Nor deserving of a subscription fee.

  Had service for a month, was never able to watch a game due to technical difficulties. First, no camera. Then, no scoreboard.........try watching a basketball game with no scoreboard. Always, the picture was distorted.Let's see if NFHS does the right thing, not holding my breath.

  Horrible!! They cant live stream anything on schedule, or if they doquality is horrific(bad!). If you try to live stream on a TV that has a higher definition than their capabilitiesnothing will ever play. You can Airplay via your iphone to a TVbut only if the crappy network is actually up and running. And there is NO ON DEMAND.never has been. You take $80 for a year of absolute frustration and turmoil because we rely on your network to allow us to watch our children play if we are not at the game. WHATs THE POINT IF YOUR NETWORK NEVER LOVE STREAMS PROPER? Additionally-your customer service I NON-Existent! An email address! Wow.no trouble shooting at all. I despise all the games Ive missed because your of poor delivery to live stream and basically you just dont care. So I wont be renewing my membership. Ill just have to READ THE NEWSPAPER ?? not get updates on my kids team!

  NFHS is a joke!!!! I have missed so many moments when i am unable to attend physically due to technical issues. I will be canceling my subscription.

  Wonderful concept nfhs has but they want customers to get a subscription for all your devices under the same email address! I canceled my subscription cause of this..they owe me money...been trying for months...

  Tried to get a game, no audio and about 10 minutes of game. Started trying to cancel right off and took a long time but got it cancelled. Altogether I had it less than 4 hours. Now they are charging me for a year ($79.99) and haven't even got the service but because I used a credit card they are getting away with it. This is a nightmare and I am 77 years old, on a fixed income. People don't fall for this the way I did. All we want is to see our Grandkids and people take advantage of that.
