    Games are completely unwatchable. The cameraman moves the camera after the play is over and most of the game you are watching a screensaver with no audio. Completely a ripoff.

    There is no phone number to actually speak with someone, all communication is via email. I never used the service, thus never thought the account was activated, but come to find out we were paying for it for 24 months, during that time they even increased the monthly bill, but everything was going to an email we don't use. Since I don't have access to the email that was used to supposedly set up the account I couldn't cancel it. Was only able to reach customer service via email, and they requested I send them my complete credit card information in an email - sounds legit & safe. Finally got account canceled and they refunded me a whopping $11.55 for a service never used. Worst customer service. No school should use this company to stream games.

    I didn't have time to see these reviews before my nephew's semi-finals football game or I never, ever, ever would have used the **** site to try to see the game. It is infuriating to have made arrangements to set up an account really just to pay to see the one game of the year when **** corners the market and only to discover this is the worst coverage ever. The video is a full three, plus minutes off of the commentary and the video skips and jumps ahead and back, but never fear the commercials play right in the middle of all of the action. This is a scam. I agree with my fellow commenters. Never again. Unfortunately three of my family paid for this service tonight because we had no other option. Lovely. How very sportsmanlike.

    Expensive and unreliable. Their platform is difficult to navigate, especially for great grandparents trying to watch from afar. Everyone who had paid for a subscription to watch my daughter play in the state volleyball tournament text me more than a few times asking for scores and updates because they lost feed. When my family sees this is the only option to watch many just choose to do without.

    Paid to live stream high school football game (********* vs. ********). Horrible viewing as the camera was zoomed too far in and you couldnt see the entire play/field. The camera moved way too much instead of being zoomed out and still. What a horrible service to charge people for

    NOT WORTH TIME OR MONEY SPENT. You think you are getting another option to watch your grandkids play football and nothing but a huge disappointment. One game was total fuzz! Second game it appeared the lense on the camera was frozen another game that could not be watched. The game were it appeared the camera lense was frozen could have been a simple fix if anyone had been paying ATTENTION from their end.Contacted NFHS and they put the blame on the high school and took no responsibilty.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, DO'NT WASTE YOUR MONEY WAIT FOR THE ******* SUMMARY OR OTHER STREAMING OPTIONS THAT ARE FREE!!!!!

    TerribleI cant believe people are charged for this service. At least of it were free I would understand. No scoreboard, no time clock. Camera doesnt cover the entire court or field in any game Ive ever viewed. Its grainy and half of the court literally disappeared while watching a game. Switching back and forth from volleyball to football. Volleyball just abruptly ends during a regional game This is ridiculous, please do better!

    Paid for a one month subscription to watch our football team in the quarterfinal playoffs. *********** that cuts in and out (mostly out), No video at all. Just a black screen that says "No signal", I don't understand why ***** continues to use them. Because of using them no one else can broadcast the games. I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea to try just one more time since this is the history I've always had with them. There is no way to give 0 starts or I would.

    Cant even rate on the quality of the picture or film. Game is in second quarter but the website says delayed. Biggest scam!

    This is a fraudulent service. I subscribed in 2021 and then canceled in 2021. In Feb ********************************** $10.99/month out of the blue. I have requested a full refund for the 9 months of fraudulent charges and they will only refund 3 months due to their "refund policy." A refund policy only applies to willing subscribers. I am disgusted that this company is still in business.
