I placed an order with this company on June 10th at 11:48am. The name used to sign for the package was Katerina ***************** I do not know this person at all, and have never given permission to her to pickup packages. The ***** employees I talked to confirmed the ** details with me in person, proving it was absolutely a fake **. ***** security and local police are investigating.********* refuses to cooperate and resolve this issue. I have disputed the charge on my credit card.I have shared my experience on reddit and others have been experiencing the same thing...so this is planned robbery in my opinion.***********************************************************************************

I purchased a bundled product of theirs for almost 800$ they shipped it using the cheapest shipping option through ***** lied multiple times about my delivery date and have held my order on vacation hold for days i have called multiple times to ***** and antonline directly through customer support and they tell me to wait. Why should i have to wait any longer after they dont answer or give me any resolution for my order. I am being ignored and they are holding my package until the 21st of june I called about this and they pretended to not know why or how this happened but i called ***** and they told me it was a direct order from the shipper themselves (Antonline) i am not looking for a refund or apology i want my package.

I paid $764.45 for a ******** Switch 2 along with a game and a few action figures. The company shipped through *****, however the package was redirected to a ***** Ground location without my consent and subsequently lost. The company is refusing to file a claim through *****, and refusing to refund or replace the item that was never delivered to me.

I am rejecting this response because: the signature provided is clearly not mine, and the delivery address listed is incorrect. As previously mentioned (and as can be observed in my original attachment), the package was redirected to a ***** Ground location without my consent. It would appear someone stole the package from there and signed with a squiggle. I was at work at the time the pickup/signature were recorded and have proof to that effect.

05/27/2025 Ordered a gaming laptop ****** Legion Pro 7i 16" WQXGA OLED 240Hz Gaming ************** Core Ultra 9 275X 64GB RAM 1TB SSD ****** GeForce RTX 5080 Eclipse Black They shipped the package via ***** without giving other methods of preferred carriers though they listed other brands such as ****, ***, ***. The package was shipped from *******, ** and traveled to *******, ** where it was then shipped to the Spring, ** ************ facility where it sat for three days while the update status showed it was going to be arriving on 5/28/2025 (Pictures provided in uploads) between 11:20am - 3:20pm at the latest on that Friday but the package had conflicts over the weekend.Throughout the weekend it kept showing "Delivery Exception" and "Future Delivery Requested" for the next 3 days. On Monday 6/02/2025 ***** listed the package to be out at roughly the same time as Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm but this time the package was late once again, and at exactly 6:00pm the same day the package was picked up and signed for by "LLJAQUA" and not me "**** ******" at ************ facility in Spring, Tx and never even made it to Conroe which the delivery address on the receipt of the purchase provided. The package was supposed to be sent directly for me to sign for and ***** never bothered to bring it to the address listed but allowed some random person to take it from the facility instead.I have talked to both ***** and ANTOnline both about the missing package and both said it was "Picked up successfully" which is clearly not the case with evidence provided. ***** claimed to have investigated the issue and acknowledge the package was signed at the facility rather than sent to the home address provided. ********* seems to be ignoring my support requests for a refund on the product purchased and any communication with the support team feels like talking to a auto response.

I don't know why I want to hold my order. I have told him by email that my billing address is the delivery address, but it has been two days. I haven't received any reply, and my order has not been processed. It has always been on hold. The card name of this payment is also the name of the consignee, and the billing address is also the receiving address. I placed an order on your platform because of your fast delivery. ANTONLINE stole my return. I shipped a return to them months ago and I contacted them about it, they said the return was rejected due to it not matching their serial numbers on file or something like that. I have no problem with that, just SEND ME BACK MY REFUSED RETURN! I am willing to pay all shipping costs and fees to have it sent back to me. Will provide more information once ********* responds to me over here because they have been ignoring my calls, emails and on social media. Additionally, I wanted to also point out how RUDE ANTONLINE phone support employees are, one of them keeps hanging up whenever I try to call, its getting out of hand at this point. You have my return and my money, please send me back one of them, it is not ETHICAL to keep both. I have read their policy maybe 20 times already and it does not say ANYWHERE that if a return gets rejected they will keep your money and the return. I have tracking and image of the return if needed. Will provide that once ********* responds to me and requests for it. I expect to be treated nicely this time and not called a slur whenever I try to ask politely about it because that has happened already over the phone and I do not appreciate this treatment I am getting from this company. As we have repeatedly demonstrated, the item purchased from antonline and confirmed delivered to the buyer was never returned to antonline for refund. As the product was never returned we can neither refund it or return it to the buyer.
