    I purchased a ******** Switch 2 bundle from Antonline on June 25th, 2025. My package was marked as delivered on July 1st, 2025 at 10:11am. I was home all day, ***** never came to deliver. Antonline is adamant that my package was delivered and refusing to file a claim. I'm out over $700 and they refuse to investigate, file a claim, or try to remedy the situation in any way. I have since filed a police report with the hope of obtaining security footage of the local ***** facility after they confirmed that my package was never delivered to my address but picked up at that sorting facility by someone who was not me. The person who signed for it was named *. ***** and that is obviously not me.

    This company is a scam and I believe they may be working with ***** on the scam. I mistakenly purchased a switch2 bundle when it was available on June 25th and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. It almost immediately said it was on the way, sent me a tracking number, and I watched how it kept "arriving at the ***** facility" every day for 3 days. Hmmm? The tracking information shows it first arrived at the ***** Location on June 27th, but Antonline said the order was on its was on June 28th. Weird, so it arrived before it was on its way? Then it said a hold was placed on the package. I tried to call ***** to see who put the hold on it but they said I had the call the shipper. Huh? They have my package right? They wouldn't help me. Then all of a sudden it showed a future delivery in 10 days. I inquired though antonline email to find out what's going on.....crickets. Then I get an email from antonline and message from ***** out of the blue that my package was delivered and accepted by me. On my phone it said accepted by jenglish and delivery location is ******** **, but online it says *******. GA, so that is also strange. What? I checked cameras and absolutely no one delivered anything. I emailed them back and finally got a response that my package was correctly delivered. How? I don't have it and there is no proof it was delivered. They tell me to check with neighbors. I did. Nothing. Emailed them back. They repeated the same thing. I told them I want proof it was "delivered". Nothing. They won't file an investigtion with ***** for me and ***** will not talk to me so I have no recourse. Now trying to dispute through ****** and ***** to report this scam.

    Order date: 06-10-2025Amount: $809.57 My order from June 10, 2025, totaling $809.57, was shipped via ***** (************) but never made it to me. Despite my efforts contacting both ***** and AntOnline, the package remains in limbo, and a ***** investigation suggests it's *******'s critical to understand that since I never received this package, this is not a return. The transaction is unfulfilled. I am the recipient of an item I never received, and the responsibility remains with the shipper. Please see the attached ***** screenshot confirming the issue and lack of delivery. I need this handled as a lost package, not a return.

    Hello my name is *********. I ordered a ******** Switch 2 bundle online. As you can see in the screenshot for the ***** delivery was out for delivery for multiple days and rerouted multiple times and ***** has stated also that not only is was out for delivery but it was also ready for pickup like there system was confused like someone was trying to manipulate it. ***** needs the shippers account number with ***** in order to investigate but the shipper would not provide this information they just say its delivered and have a nice day or contact police. As you can see in the screenshot for delivered it says J ****** was given the package there is no J ****** that lives with us and we also have a ring door bell and there was no ***** driver that was at our door at the given time it was delivered at 4:55pm. I have video screenshot proof that the fed ex driver was not here. I have also screenshotted comments online stating the same thing that happened to me they would order a ******** Switch 2 and the ***** truck would miraculously have a delivery exception multiple times and than the package ends up lost or delivered to someone else like ***** or someone knows that it is a ******** Switch 2 system and tried to manipulate the system in order to get it themselves before it gets delivered and than say it is delivered. I have had multiple tickets with antonline and none of them gets resolved like they dont want to deal with it. I need help please this is expensive and the item is not here like they say it is and I am showing the proof. Thank You.

    Hello. AntOnline has done what I thought they would and just send a blank paper stating it was sent to my address. This is incorrect. I have sent a picture of a snapshot from my Ring Camera App of the day and time it was "delivered" to my house that I snapshotted just now. It was not delivered at 4:55 PM to my address. The ***** driver never came to my address. Someone with a different name signed for my package somewhere else and took it. It is not here in my address it never reached my front door. The last time I talked with ***** they needed the merchants account number to solve my issue which they the merchant refuses to do. There is no further response I can give to the merchant without them slamming their office phone on my face and hanging up when I call them. I cannot accept paying almost 700$ for an item I don't have. This is their responsibility and not mine as the customer. Thank You.

    Ordered a Switch2 Bundle that was shipped via ***** and scheduled to be delivered-TO MY HOME- on 6/13. Somehow the package got put on a delivery hold at the ************* ***** facility, and then someone went into the facility and signed for it and took it. This was a fraudulent action-***** confirmed that it was not my name that was signed (was signed by who appears to be an *. ******), there was no ID of the recipient in the system, no notes as to who placed the hold on the package and no authorization on their file from me releasing this package to anyone but myself. I was told by ***** to file a police report, and a claim, which has been done. My issue with Antonline is that I have contacted them many times since Friday about this issue, but each time I receive a bot generated response that says *** Ex confirmed delivery and that the matter is closed. I have told them about the police report, about the obvious theft that took place, they just dont care. They will not listen. Yes it was delivered, but not to the person who paid for it. It was stolen. I originally just wanted a replacement from them and for them to file their claim with ***** (who is THEIR vendor) , but now I just want a refund as I dont want them receiving another cent from me. I am a victim of a crime and I cannot believe Im being blown off this way by this company. I know they are going to respond to this complaint and give me another bot generated response.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    If Antonline.com had actually called and spoke to Fed Ex Security instead of relying continuously on online tracking information they would know that there is an actual criminal investigation taking place as we speak, with photographic evidence and proof of fraud and theft. According to *** Ex the package was stolen from their facility. Yes, online tracking says it was delivered because  the package was delivered to someone who fraudulently signed for it at their warehouse. I have submitted a claim through fed ex so I can get a refund, but I cannot get that refund without a shipping waiver from Antonline.com, that I have requested several times with zero response or acknowledgment of my request. Antonline.com has completely blown me off from the start about this whole thing, had been absolutely no help and is now standing in the way of me being refunded because they will not provide this shipping waiver to me. Horrific customer service. 
    ********************** please do what is right and just send me this waiver so I can receive the refund from FedEx.

    I am rejecting this response because

    I am only keeping this open because I want to see the case through and make sure one way or another a refund is issued.

    I appreciate that the business was relying on *** Ex response, however we knew there was a theft/fraud/criminal issue three days after the scheduled delivery date. I begged Antonline to listen to me, instead of issuing canned responses. I understand it was out of their hands but since it was their vendor, the pathway to a claim with fed ex was out of my hands and no one at Antonline would believe me or help me get this resolved. The ownness is CLEARLY on ***** since they 1)allowed the package to be rerouted against Antonlines directions and then  2) did not check photo ID to see if it was actually me picking up the rerouted package. 

    Believe me when I tell you, I want this resolved and put behind us. I dont want **** or Antonline to be out the money but I had to dispute the charge as that was the only way I was not going to pay for it. If there is a way to resolve that Im happy to assist.

    I purchased a bundled product of theirs for almost 800$ they shipped it using the cheapest shipping option through ***** lied multiple times about my delivery date and have held my order on vacation hold for days i have called multiple times to ***** and antonline directly through customer support and they tell me to wait. Why should i have to wait any longer after they dont answer or give me any resolution for my order. I am being ignored and they are holding my package until the 21st of june I called about this and they pretended to not know why or how this happened but i called ***** and they told me it was a direct order from the shipper themselves (Antonline) i am not looking for a refund or apology i want my package.

    I am rejecting this response because: the signature provided is clearly not mine, and the delivery address listed is incorrect. As previously mentioned (and as can be observed in my original attachment), the package was redirected to a ***** Ground location without my consent.  It would appear someone stole the package from there and signed with a squiggle.  I was at work at the time the pickup/signature were recorded and have proof to that effect.

    05/27/2025 Ordered a gaming laptop ****** Legion Pro 7i 16" WQXGA OLED 240Hz Gaming ************** Core Ultra 9 275X 64GB RAM 1TB SSD ****** GeForce RTX 5080 Eclipse Black They shipped the package via ***** without giving other methods of preferred carriers though they listed other brands such as ****, ***, ***. The package was shipped from *******, ** and traveled to *******, ** where it was then shipped to the Spring, ** ************ facility where it sat for three days while the update status showed it was going to be arriving on 5/28/2025 (Pictures provided in uploads) between 11:20am - 3:20pm at the latest on that Friday but the package had conflicts over the weekend.Throughout the weekend it kept showing "Delivery Exception" and "Future Delivery Requested" for the next 3 days. On Monday 6/02/2025 ***** listed the package to be out at roughly the same time as Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm but this time the package was late once again, and at exactly 6:00pm the same day the package was picked up and signed for by "LLJAQUA" and not me "**** ******" at ************ facility in Spring, Tx and never even made it to Conroe which the delivery address on the receipt of the purchase provided. The package was supposed to be sent directly for me to sign for and ***** never bothered to bring it to the address listed but allowed some random person to take it from the facility instead.I have talked to both ***** and ANTOnline both about the missing package and both said it was "Picked up successfully" which is clearly not the case with evidence provided. ***** claimed to have investigated the issue and acknowledge the package was signed at the facility rather than sent to the home address provided. ********* seems to be ignoring my support requests for a refund on the product purchased and any communication with the support team feels like talking to a auto response.

    I don't know why I want to hold my order. I have told him by email that my billing address is the delivery address, but it has been two days. I haven't received any reply, and my order has not been processed. It has always been on hold. The card name of this payment is also the name of the consignee, and the billing address is also the receiving address. I placed an order on your platform because of your fast delivery. It says that it will be delivered before Thursday, but now it's Wednesday, and my order has not even been processed.

    I purchased a computer through ******* since they are seller on there and I received a empty box, ******* denied me a refund since it marks them as delivered and they use that as proof of delivery BUT IT CAME EMPTY. I;ve been trying to dispute it but I cannot reach them at all. I paid ****** on Feb,5 2025. I tried disputing me with ******* but was denied and I cannot reach the business.
