On Thursday November 27, 2025 i was notified by REMOVEDone that this business had attempted an unauthorized purchase of $3193.16. I did not make this purchase. It was declined by my card company. Why was this charge made to my card without authorization.

We at REMOVEDhave to filter through thousands of transactions a day to prevent fraudulent activity from happening. Unfortunately, there are multiple people out there that attempt to use these credit cards under false information. Although unfortunate, no financial damage was caused to the cardholder and Antonline isn't at fault. Please monitor this transaction and future transactions on the card attempted to be used. We will make note of the information and confirm any purchases attempted to be made with this card.

Bought a laptop from this vendor via Best Buy. The laptop was sent via REMOVEDthen rerouted back to them. It never left their city. They signed for it on November 6th and I have yet to receive my money back. I was told I had to wait 10 calendar days and that has came and went. The only response they will give me is to please allow them 10 calendar days for testing and evaluation of the product (again, it never left their city). They copy and paste the same response and will not return my $3,000.

The buyer purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 REMOVED9 21KE006BUS 14" Touchscreen on REMOVED. The item was returned to sender unfortunately and the customer did not receive this item purchased. The customer has since been refunded in full for the mistake in shipping the item to the customer. This proof of refund is visible in the best buy order statement attached to view. This issue was likely caused from REMOVEDcorrecting the shipping address for an unknown reason not at the fault of Antonline. Rec'd the tablet on August 23, 2025, and went to use it the next week to find that it was dead. Attempted to charge it and nothing. Contacted the company and received an acknowledgement from REMOVED, but nothing from this company.Sent a second request, but still no response.!!!

The customer is claiming that the product was having issues and may be a result of a defective product. Unfortunately the item is ineligible for return as it is outside of the 15 day purchase return window. I ordered a REMOVEDSwitch 2 bundle from ANTOnline on 6/7/25. I received notification that it shipped on 6/9.On 6/11/25, the day the item was supposed to deliver, I got a notification that the item delivery would be delayed because it was put on vacation hold. I did not, or authorize anyone else, to put the item on vacation hold.After calling REMOVEDthey scheduled the package for delivery the next day. At 6pm that same night, I got a notification that the package was picked up at the REMOVEDDC by a person that was not me.The next morning, I went to REMOVEDand asked about my package. They stated the package was picked up by a person that had represented being an agent of mine. This had happened to several other packages with Switch 2 from ANTOnline.After an internal investigation, REMOVEDwas able to produce a copy of the fraudulent ID used by the person to pick up the package. The same scheme had been used at REMOVEDfacilities across the country.I filed a police report, but was unable to receive any compensation from REMOVEDbecause I didnt ship the package. I contacted REMOVEDand they refused to file a complaint with REMOVEDbecause they stated the package had been delivered even though I had a police report and a statement from REMOVEDfraud REMOVEDbelieves that either (1) ANTOnline was hacked and shipping information was obtained or (2) ANTOnline was in on the scam because the fake ID and knowledge of where the package was in real time was too elaborate not be a coordinated attack I tried to gain relief from my credit card company and they declined because REMOVEDsaid the package was delivered to my residence, which it was not as evidenced by a police report and REMOVEDstatement.

I ordered a REMOVEDswitch bundle from Antonine on June 8. The package shipped quickly and was scheduled to be delivered on June 13 and when I tracked it on that day it said it was in my city. Later on that day I tracked it again and it said A request was made to hold this package. I did not make that request so I called REMOVEDand they said it could only be done by the shipper and I asked REMOVEDif I can pick it up instead and they could not confirm the package location. So I emailed them customer support and they were of no use and gave me a robotic reply. I replied to them again and asked if there is any way they can call fed ex and see whats going on but they have yet to reply. Now as of today 6/25 the fed ex tracking says its going back to the shipper. I think I was clearly scammed I shouldve seen the red flag like the switch 2 is sold out everywhere but this one random site has it. Please help with this its been weeks and that company and REMOVEDare not helping. I ordered the switch on June 8. I filed a dispute with REMOVEDbut so far no help at all from them. REMOVEDprovided REMOVEDa tracking number to show the package was delivered however the package was delivered back to Antonline. So far REMOVEDis offering a partial refund which I keep declining and I keep asking for a full refund. I contacted them on July 16 via email for status on my full refund but they do not respond. I contacted them again on July 22 for update REMOVEDlink is a reddit thread of dozens of antonline customers reporting the same exact issue i am having. This company is running some type of scam.

I purchased a REMOVEDSwitch 2 bundle from Antonline on June 25th, 2025. My package was marked as delivered on July 1st, 2025 at 10:11am. I was home all day, REMOVEDnever came to deliver. Antonline is adamant that my package was delivered and refusing to file a claim. I'm out over $700 and they refuse to investigate, file a claim, or try to remedy the situation in any way. I have since filed a police report with the hope of obtaining security footage of the local REMOVEDfacility after they confirmed that my package was never delivered to my address but picked up at that sorting facility by someone who was not me. The person who signed for it was named *. REMOVEDand that is obviously not me.

This company is a scam and I believe they may be working with REMOVEDon the scam. I mistakenly purchased a switch2 bundle when it was available on June 25th and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. It almost immediately said it was on the way, sent me a tracking number, and I watched how it kept "arriving at the REMOVEDfacility" every day for 3 days. Hmmm? The tracking information shows it first arrived at the REMOVEDLocation on June 27th, but Antonline said the order was on its was on June 28th. Weird, so it arrived before it was on its way? Then it said a hold was placed on the package. I tried to call REMOVEDto see who put the hold on it but they said I had the call the shipper. Huh? They have my package right? They wouldn't help me. Then all of a sudden it showed a future delivery in 10 days. I inquired though antonline email to find out what's going on.....crickets. Then I get an email from antonline and message from REMOVEDout of the blue that my package was delivered and accepted by me. On my phone it said accepted by jenglish and delivery location is REMOVED, but online it says REMOVED. GA, so that is also strange. What? I checked cameras and absolutely no one delivered anything. I emailed them back and finally got a response that my package was correctly delivered. How? I don't have it and there is no proof it was delivered. They tell me to check with neighbors. I did. Nothing. Emailed them back. They repeated the same thing. I told them I want proof it was "delivered". Nothing. They won't file an investigtion with REMOVEDfor me and REMOVEDwill not talk to me so I have no recourse. Now trying to dispute through REMOVEDand REMOVEDto report this scam.

Order date: 06-10-2025Amount: $809.57 My order from June 10, 2025, totaling $809.57, was shipped via REMOVED(REMOVED) but never made it to me. Despite my efforts contacting both REMOVEDand AntOnline, the package remains in limbo, and a REMOVEDinvestigation suggests it's REMOVED's critical to understand that since I never received this package, this is not a return. The transaction is unfulfilled. I am the recipient of an item I never received, and the responsibility remains with the shipper. Please see the attached REMOVEDscreenshot confirming the issue and lack of delivery. I need this handled as a lost package, not a return.
