      Purchased a Kreg pocket s**** kit online. Said it would arrive in 3 days which was fine since I needed it for a job in 5 days. 4 days later still not arrived. Shows as not having even been shipped yet. Contacted customer ********************** to cancel the order as was just going to get it from Amazon in 2 days. Online person said couldn't cancel as was a special order (it wasn't) and had to wait approx. 5 business days (or more)(and it was a holiday weekend) for item to show up then they could process a return and I would have to go through that hassle. Remember, they haven't even shipped it yet and can't cancel. Customer ********************** (and fulfilling online orders) could really use some work.

      This is the second time I have had a horrible experience ordering from Home Depot. The current experience is still ongoing. I have been waiting 2 days for a customer rep assigned to my case to inform me of why the table saw I ordered, supposed to be delivered 4 days ago, is still in a pending status. They will not let me cancel the item because they do not know the status of the order. My only choice is to wait until it is delivered (whenever that is) and return it to the store. I have already ordered it again from Amazon so that I can have it in time for the install this weekend. The 48 hour response window has passed and I still have not received a response from the Home Depot representative assigned to investigate the matter. Now to top it off, the pallet of flooring that was supposed to be delivered yesterday never came. When I called them tonight to inquire about it they said they can not deliver it until Tuesday after the Memorial weekend. They did say I can rent a truck and come pick it up myself- Can you even imagine? I paid $80 for the shipping! I should have known better, the last order I placed with them for a refrigerator was left in my backyard for me and my husband to bring inside by ourselves. The delivery man said the insulation strip on my back door frame made the measurement too short so they wouldn't bring it inside. After waiting 6 weeks for the delivery, without a fridge, we were not about to let them put it back on the truck-which was what they proposed. We took the weather strip off in half a second and had to drag it in ourselves. Rest assured, I will never order from them again! Thank the heavens for AMAZON!!

      I wish I have an option to select no start for Home Depot. In what world we are living right now, where you order an online for product worth of $500 and there is no tracking information for it? Home Depot informed me they are using third party service called 'Non-Stop Delivery' and who do not have no tracking information, no customer ********************** and phone number they provided never works to contact anyone! I just cannot believe Home Depot being so careless with Online Order. I would never trust them ordering anything online unless you go in store and get help from an associate to order online.

      Did not honor a deal to install a shed through a bait and switch with the color of the shed. One color was installed, the other not. I searched purposely for installation to come with the shed for ease.

      Like others here, we ordered carpet installation. Ten days ago, the contractors came and finished only half the job. I have attempted no less than a dozen phone calls and even drove to Home Depot seeking answers and job completion. Nobody returns phone calls. Nobody seems to care that they have not completed a job that we fully paid for eight weeks ago. I continue to receive requests to fill out a we hope youre satisfied survey. You do not want me to fill out the survey. I want this job completed, and I want financial compensation.

      We like to order and pick up at our Home Depot in **********. Today my husband was to pick up 20 bags of 60 lb bags of concrete and rock. He had to load all 20 by himself. He has bad arthritis in his back. There was no help offered. The end result: We will no longer be buying anything from Home Depot. We will be doing business exclusively with ******. I give 1 star only because the order was prepared in a timely manner.

      I would give their customer ********************** a zero if it were an option. I have spent a lot of money at the ********* Home Depot over the last several months and it is almost impossible to get someone to help ** find what we are looking for. We waited 15 waiting on someone to help **, then they disappeared and we had more questions. The workers are talking to each other or on their phones. Absolutely ridiculous.

      I've had it with my $23.000.00 kitchen cabinet purchase. Doors in panel move around and show unstained wood. Expensive (cherry) floor trim don't match. Wall cabinet frame don't match doors and being end cabinet at sink it looks bad. Counter top to small and they filled with caulk. Where is the quality control. One cabinet was ordered incorrectly due to a computer warning and I ended up having to pay a restocking fee to get the correct size. It was cheaper then have my floor redon again since the 27inch one I got didn't cover the 30 inch marks from the one I took out. Never doing Home Depot again

      I bought a refrigerator last week at the store in ************ ********. It was delivered and set up by Home Depot. Turns out that its not getting cold. Have been getting nothing but a run around from the store about getting a new one delivered. My next step is to stop payment on the charge on my credit card.

      DO NOT BUY APPLINCE FROM HOMEDEPOT.COM I Purchased a set of ******* applinces ( Refrigerator , Microwave , dishwasher and Electric Range ) from Home website and was delivered yesterday , then I decided to replace the range with gas one , so called the phone number was mentioned on recipe and they told me is not up to them and I have to call the closest Homedepot store and I did , after multiple call finally they told me since purchase was online call 1-800-HOMEDEPOT and I did , the representative told me as we have told you before you need to contact store manager , and the manager doesnt agree you can not anything !!!DO NOT BUY APPLINCE FROM HOMEDEPOT.COM
