      This is a company that fraudulently poses as other hotels! I was attempting to book a room with the blowing Rock Manor on their website. The website quoted a price of $279.00 total with taxes and fees $293.99 per night for the suite I was interested in booking. The website was having issues so I googled the number for the manor. I was then led to this organizations number that was pretending to be the ****************** with a Blowing Rock area code and all! I was told by a representative, I wish I had written down his name, that the rate would be $436.36 and increase of $142.37 due to this being the last room available. The representative then told me another reason for the price increase was due to a local event and the demand rate increasing. I naively gave him by credit card, full pre-payment should have been a red flag. Upon arriving at the ******************, the lovely hotel receptionist asked for my phone number and email. I told him you all should already have it as I gave it to the manors reservation representative. He then said you booked through a third party. I was adamant I called the hotel directly. He looked at the number and said theyve been trying to prevent this company from posing as us and booking rooms on our behalf as this company is leading customers to believe they are talking directly to the hotel and charging an enormous fee of, in my case, $142.37. He let me know the rate they would have charged me was $279.00 and let me know there was no rate increase. And of course, there were no refunds or cancellations per the representative when I called and on the confirmation email I received. This is infuriating and criminal!

      Helpful. Had email spelled wrong but no biggie. Got me a great price on a room. Told me there's a shuttle but there is not a shuttle to GSP Airport. She even said it ran 6 a.m. to ten p.m. huh??

      ********************** - $600/ night with parking, 1. Courtyard View - looks at roof top (319)2. No internet TV - ******* or Prime 3. ************** I called twice. took RS 30 minutes to call back for order. Delivered in paper bag & boxes. No plates, glasses, ice, cart to eat off, in a room with no table! Order missing accompanying condiments. 20% room charge for what?(Delivery person was a people pleaser but doesnt set the standards)4. Vending machines dont accept cash or credit cards Hotel accessible to other great restaurants and shopping but over promises and has under delivered.
