1 starIm so angry that I booked my reservation with my travel from ****** to ******** with a stop in *******. My representative quoted me prices that were four times more than what I see online right now. Im thinking that if I just traveled without making a reservation, it wouldve been much better off in *****. I tried to catch up with you and find out what I could do differently. Yet again Im so angry with myself for not doing research and now spending almost $400 a night when the online price is $158 please please do your research and maybe not booking ahead could work out better for you.HotelPlanner.com

1 starThis companys deceptive reservation system is a scam. They represent themselves as if they were the Best Western reservations and have a cancellation policy which is not fully explained. They do not mention that there is a reservation protection policy which (Im sure there is a fee) can protect you from said cancellation policy. In my case I had to cancel my reservation mere hours after I made it and I was charged one nights stay. I reached out to them several days ago and have not received a reply concerning this.HotelPlanner.com

1 starThis company is unable to keep its commitments. Its card was declined to pay the hotel after it took the money out. We had to pay again at the hotel. We called the company and they agreed they made a mistake but who needed to fix was not available to help us obtain a room. The hotel clerk gave us a good check in so we were able to check in. 8/18/25HotelPlanner.com

1 starI booked a room for 3 nights at a quality inn with a pet for $453.34. When I arrived at the hotel they said hotel planner had only released $298 and that I would need to pay the difference plus pay a $50 per night pet fee. Hotel planner refused to release the funds so I canceled the reservation and made it through the hotel itself for $405 total pet fee included. Hotel planner has yet to refund my money.HotelPlanner.com
