      Adrian G. assisted me in booking appropriate lodging for our scheduled trip to Mayo Clinic. Adrian was professional and careful while doing his duty. I appreciated Adrian’s patience and his desire to successfully complete our booking

      This company did not identify themselves as not being with the specific hotel we were booking. Their agent guaranteed a fully refundable without reason for the room. When I try to contact them I was repeatedly shuffled off to others and placed on hold with no answering. After trying to call the number they sent me with the confirmation in order to cancel I was repeatedly shuffled off until eventually they simply blocked my phone call and then started blocking my texts. I eventually managed to find another phone number and the actual name of the company. The hotel was telling me it was Expedia. Eventually I found out it was hotel planners after calling back on a different phone. ***** advised that the reservation was fully refundable and I have filled out some of the paperwork for the refund. They ask for receipts but they don't give you any receipts when you make the reservation. So it is impossible to do that. This is a cancellation not a refund. I am waiting to see if they do the right thing and cancel the reservation or whether other steps will have to be taken.

      Great service from my representative. Worked to get me exactly what I needed, and a little bit of a discount, to help also. This places rates are too high but my representative was really easy to work with.

      They quoted me a room rate of ****** per night but didnt inform me of room tax and "fees" that amount to ****** per night. That represents 45.6% additional over the room rate .Hotel Taxes in ********* are as follows State Sales Tax: 7.00%Local Sales Tax: 2.25%Hotel Occupancy Tax: 7.00%City Occupancy Fee: $2.50 per night This brings the total tax burden on hotel stays in ********* to *****%, plus a flat $2.50 per night occupancy When I complained to the customer service line I got disconnected twice, and called back 3rd time. I asked for a 15-20% refund. They told me it would be escalated to their support team, and I would hear back from them in 2-10 business ******* the way even with their inflated fees, they still overcharged me by 1 cent. Not that I care but considering the millions of revenue they generate if they are doing this to every customer.... think about it. 1 cent out of every sale, it probably would be overlooked by most customers but still extra revenue for them.Dont do business with them.They are Hotelplanner.com and ********************* ************** is Lexyl Travel Technologies, LLC They also have Cleverdis: A trade show-focused media company acquired by HotelPlanner to expand its presence in *******Stay far away from these brands The represent themselves as saving you money, but they charge more than booking with the hotel directly. As of October 2025, HotelPlanner had ***** complaints in the last 3 years, with 626 closed in the past 12 months.HotelPlanner's corporate headquarters are located at *************************************************************. This address is registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) However, in April 2025, ************ announced plans to relocate its headquarters to *************** in ******************, a move aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency. The new office, located at *************************

      He tried. The rest of the quality inn team failed me horribly. I spent an hour trying to find out why they had charged me an extra $60. When I finally got to the right person, they told me that they had made a mistake and would reimburse me. The ** robot in reservations is totally unacceptable. This will adversely impact whether or not I stay with Quality Inn in the future.
