1 starA $601.67 charge was applied to my credit card account on 6/27/25 by ********************** for a 1 night stay at *****************************, ** when the correct charges of $420.88 + $72.83 had already been charged by Great Wolf Lodge 6/27/25 after I made the reservation with *****, a Great Wolf Lodge Pack member that day. All personal information, agreement to merchants policies and payments were made directly with Great Wolf Lodge employee *****. I have documentation from Great Wolf Lodge for comfirmation of reservation & charges breakdown for my one night stay. Bottom line, my credit card account has duplicate charges for a one night stay at the **************** in ************, ** and I question how Hotelplanner.com accessed/obtained my personal information and charged my credit card.HotelPlanner.com
