5 starsThe gentleman who provided service to me in making a reservation was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and provided needed insight with my situation regarding my handicap and service dog. In a day when professionalism seems to be a fading phenomenon it's refreshing to know there are still those who go the second mile for consumers. Bravo!!!HotelPlanner.com

1 starI was.lied to about who I was speaking to. I asked if I was.speaking to someone at the ***************** and he said yes. Next lie is he proceeded to look up availability and he said there was none. I have also found out there are rooms available. Third lie he looked up *********** which is also a Hilton property and he booked room there. He lied and said there was service fees and price was $40 more than booking directly at hotel. I told him it was less online yet he continued to pretend he was a member of ***********/Hilton. Now I am concerned about my credit card information being safe.HotelPlanner.com
