3 stars********************** - $600/ night with parking, 1. Courtyard View - looks at roof top (319)2. No internet TV - ******* or Prime 3. ************** I called twice. took RS 30 minutes to call back for order. Delivered in paper bag & boxes. No plates, glasses, ice, cart to eat off, in a room with no table! Order missing accompanying condiments. 20% room charge for what?(Delivery person was a people pleaser but doesnt set the standards)4. Vending machines dont accept cash or credit cards Hotel accessible to other great restaurants and shopping but over promises and has under delivered.

1 starIf I could leave a 0 star review, I would! This company is a scam. They will book your hotel, but when you need to change the arrival date, they will tell you that the hotel is booked and they cant accommodate any changes. Then when you call the hotel only to find out they have 50+ vacancies, you know its a scam. So they cancelled our reservation with the hotel. Didnt bother to even try and reschedule with the new date, and then told us that hotel *********** doesnt do refunds. They were going to keep our money even though they cancelled our reservation with the hotel. The guys name is ********* ****** and the email hes using is help@lodging dot supportHotelPlanner.com
