1 starMy mom booked a reservation for a high school reunion, was told they WOULD NOT charge her card. Within an hour or so, on 08/07, she realized she did not get the reunion rate, called back to cancel. Her card has been charged the FULL AMOUNT, and as of today 08/13/2025, it has been cancelled after I have been calling everyday since 08/09/2025. They told me the "manager" of the hotel had to actually approve it, which is not true according to the hotel. They "offered" a voucher, which I don't want because they are fraudsters. Nobody returns calls, everybody says the same thing over and over again. Oh, and it's an off shored customer service. Stay far away from them. I doubt the reviews on their website are actually real.HotelPlanner.com
