1 starScam Alert!!! I called to *********************** for information and I got this service. I was mislead by ****** ****** one of the representatives who informed me that I would be in a pet friendly room, he even put me on hold for several minutes to "contact the hotel" to confirm I was in a pet friendly room. When I asked about the fee he told me the pet fee was included with the pet friendly room, important to me as I have 2 small dogs traveling with me. ****** assured me this was the case then proceeded to charge me $139 for a room with parking at additional fee at that same room was being offered for the same price on Park Sleep Fly online with my parking included. I assumed the upcharge was for the "pet room", but then I called the hotel immediately after to request an early check in since I will be very early in *********. The front desk informed me that all ******* pet fees were not included in initial room fee, even pet friendly rooms, and is paid at check in, FOR THE PRICE OF $75 dollars PER PET, per night. Are you freaking kidding me? I would have NEVER ever agreed to this as I could stay right down the street for $30 per night for both dogs.I immediately (within 10 mins) called back this "service" (which is clearly not part of the hotel) to cancel the reservation as I was lied to and completely mislead. The second representative who cancelled me, kept saying I would get a refund once disputes agreed to process it. I would have kept my room if you were not dishonest and manipulative in your business practice... I need a room.I then immediately called the ******************* who informed I will be able to dispute the charge through them once it posts to my account (only pending since I booked less than an hr ago).I am leaving this review for your representative, "******" on the link he provided and I will get my money back one way or another. Do the right thing, process my full refund immediately before I have to go to the next level.HotelPlanner.com

Victor was very helpful, as well as professional! He knew his business and when I was ready to give up, he hit a home run and I scored a lovely hotel room within my budget! 1 star********* said I could cancel 24 hours in advance. Then I received an email that states non refundable! I just spoke to Nino who will expedite a refund!! ********* DID NOT SAY IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE!! I will contact *************** if I do not receive my refund promptly!
