1 starSo sad to live in *******, be on ********* a senior, save a long time to afford a two day trip, and be scammed by this so called business! This company even has banks and credit card companies fooled! I see on BBB site that the same scam has happened to hundreds of others! This business gives their employees a bad name! This is NOT a company to work for starting out in the workforce! Read their other reviews! All alike or similar! I have learned an expensive ******* These days you cant trust! So so sad! They sit back making money and preying on people, while people like myself who barely makes ends meet, spend what little money they make to go on a short trip, end up at the mercy of scammers like this company who just doesnt care, and only want to pad their pockets! Welcome to new and disrespectful America!

1 starThis place is a scam. Every time you call to book the line is crackly particularly when they tell you theres NO free cancellation. One night was $70 more than if I just went to the hotel directly which I thought I did because they use the same area code as the hotel. Its an over priced SCAM. Dont use these people.HotelPlanner.com

1 starI don't travel much, so I'm sure someone who travels often could have done better. We had reservations at a hotel in ********, **, through Hotel Planner to visit a friend who was sick. The friend died, and we needed to change the reservation to attend the memorial. When I called to change the reservation, they said they needed a day to confirm the hotel had an opening on the dates we needed. I waited TWO days for a response and then ended up canceling our reservation because we were afraid we would lose any opportunity to stay close to downtown ********. I was able to call the hotel we had the reservation at and reserve a room for the new dates with no problem. In my opinion, It should not take two to three days to change a reservation.When I made the first call to make a reservation, I thought I was speaking to the hotel itself, only to find out later that I was actually going through an agency. I felt deceived when I found out differently.HotelPlanner.com

1 starThey used a ************** number to link and when we called the hotel the number was unknowing transferred to them. We were given the name of the ************************ to book due to a family member being airlifted to ***************** centre and needed to stay a night. The room should have cost $195 and they charge card for $275 USD with telling us that they were not the hotel or that the currency was different. Fraud. Took advantage of a family in crisis.HotelPlanner.com

1 starWhen you call the support for help they give you the run around. They refuse to help and only put you on hold to come back and say "we can't help" Don't try and cancel before the cancelation date they won't approve that either. ****************HotelPlanner.com
