1 starSeveral things about the service we received. 1. We were told we would be transferred to *** for member rewards, which did not happen.2. We were told the reservation could be canceled up to 48 hours before check in and that was not true. ***** sent a non refundable reservation. 3. We had to call back to submit a ticket to verify the cancelation problem.
