      This organization is nothing but a scam to steal money from people.Double and triple charging above the actual cost.And they DO NOT refund moneys even if they have ample time.

      I had to go from 5 stars to 2 because when I checked in, the room was beautiful, but it did not have an oven (only a stove top). That was something I specifically said I needed so I could p***are my own ******** took an additional 2 hours and cost several hindered dollars more for the type of room I had to rent in order to get this oven. I found it impossible to get in touch with Hotel Planner after the initial reservation by going through the existing reservations portal via telephone to explain my problem. I had to backdoor it by contacting the new reservations number just to talk to someone. By the way, the number that appears to be ******** area code is actually masking the real number that rings in the ***********. The ***resentative that took all my information began discussing options with the front desk at the hotel. The *** promised to call me back after discussion was finished. I went back into the lobby to see what I could see. The front desk wasnt talking to anybody. Hmmmmm. The person that promised he would call me back never did. So I went to the desk to ask if any negotiation or solution was reached. I did not blame the hotel because it wasnt then that had messed up. The deal was just that to get an oven I had to pay almost $500 more for the 3 weeks stay. Since Id already p***aid for the 3 weeks and it was no refundable, I paid it and told the deal that Id take it up with Hotel Planner. I called the new reservations line again and the previous *** had left no documentation about our previous convo or negotiations with the hotel. After explaining all over again and letting them know the current standing, I requested simply that they pay the difference. And they did. So a rocky start after travelling almost 7 hours, but Hotel Planner didnt right thing in the end.

      This company does not have 4. Transparent business practices The agents lie about whether they are the actual reservation staff for the hotel. I asked this question directly and was told they were the ************* reservation office.

      **** (the Booking agent) did a wonderful job in assisting me with my hotel registration. He walked me through all the process and was very patient with me. He promptly confirmed my reservation with both an email and a text.

      I was told that my reservation would be canceled by this agent after I refused to enter the hotel due alleged unsavory activity at this location recently. Now im told that the reservation cant be canceled and I cant get a refund. This is totally unacceptable.
