      Im so very disgusted with this company in April I chose them out of a list of online agencies for some reason my reservation wouldn't go through online so I called them to book the reservation it was for 2 rooms both king-size for 3 nights total was $427.00.. however we didn't arrive in town until after midnight for our first nights reservation.. The **** manager/owner told us he cancelled our reservation because we didn't show up on check-in date.. so I figured ok he cancelled that day NOOO! HE CANCELLED THE ENTIRE 3 DAYS and informed me that I would have to get the rooms at there rates from them if I still needed a room $112 per room per night.. I actually was about to do it because I was tried as H*** until my uncle (which the other room was for ) came in the lobby older black male and honestly he was a little drunk because unfortunately he's an alcoholic .. and the man yelled at him asking him what he wanted ?? I explained he was my uncle and he was the person that would occupy the 2nd room.. OOMG.. the look on his face TOLD ME EVERYTHING HE DID NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS.. my uncle sobered up quickly because he immediately felt racism I however I calmly picked up our things and told my uncle we would find another hotel.. now after all that and seeing I was still charged for the full reservation I contacted hotal planners.. they told me THAT I CHOSE TO OPT OUT OF CANCELATION WARRANTY whatever it was called.. I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I WANTED THAT TYPE of insurance.. and offered me a voucher for $127.. I had no option .. so now im trying to use the voucher and they're still giving me a hard time.. ???? my birthday i coming and that would have been at least one day away BUT NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE It made me give one Star at the moment I chose NO STARS JUST A BIG RED FLAG

      Victoria went out of her way to look for dates and prices that fit my needs. When one time didn’t work she looked for more options. She made me feel like a valued customer and stayed positive even though I didn’t find a booking that fit. I will definitely call back whenever I need help with a booking.

      This business and the parent company Lexyl Travel Technologies, LLC, have outrageously high fees disguised as Recovery Tax, and lots of jargon to hide the unreasonable terms. They keep one nights rent, and all associated taxes and fees before the refund. The only reason I opened the page was because it mimicked a specific Inns website. This business was camouflaged to look like the Inn I wanted to visit. I didnt check the .com on the website. I thought the area had some really high taxes! I was only refunded less than half of the total paid for a two night booking, which was 2.5 times the amount I paid for the second booking on Price Line. Plus the wasted cost of refund insurance that was not honored because I didnt have the applicable reason for cancellation, basically some near death experience. This is just a legal theft. Avoid Lexyl Travel Technologies and all of their subsidies.
