5 starsThis was the easiest motel scheduling I have ever done. ******** was able to get exactly what we wanted. The room is quiet even though it is by a freeway and on the ground floor per our request. Points!! This is our second stay at this ******* and they are also great. 1 starHorrible service. Charged me was too much and promised the hot tub worked at the Hilton. I even asked asked them to check for me. They said it did. I just need some back pain relief so tried to book a local hotel with a working hot tub. $300 later stuck with a basic room and no working hot tub. 2 starsI was told I could cancel my 1 day reservation by 6pm on 6/21. I was not told that I would STILL be charged for 1 night. I had to bring Chase Bank into this in order to receive a refund.

5 starsExcellent, very professional you could see that she was skilled and trained in hospitality. I couldnt ask for a better desk clerk she even helped me.
