1 starThe *** was polite but transferred me to a line that asked for a number that I dont have and after trying numerous times I had to hang up. I had to make 3 calls and did not get any issues resolved and did not get a reservation. Very unhappy. My boyfriend has been a Diamond Elite for over 10 years and I now have my own Hilton Honors but this was one of the most frustrating and unproductive times ever. And still no reservation.HotelPlanner.com

1 starI was not told about 1 night cancellation fee when I made the reservation. I tried to cancel only to find I am probably stuck for 1 night. I was only told I could cancel before 6/21 at 6 pm.HotelPlanner.com
