Joel was kind and helped me through my frustration and found a hotel (100s of others were doing same thing due to flight cancellations). He found us a hotel with 24hr shuttle service. 1 starUsed this platform in May for a trip in July. Called to confirm hotel and they told me reservation does not exist! I want my money refunded. Have called and they acted like they take these kind of calls all day, everyday. Ongoing scam? this is how I was charged thru my Venmo -- please help!!!
