5 starsTalks fast, difficult for me to follow without twice asking for clarification. Maybe for someone that makes reservations routinely the lingo is just perfunctory. I needed bold clear, concise communication. Not speed.

5 starsJoy was more than kind and understanding, she was extremely patient, especially working with an older gentleman as myself. I can get grumpy, and I did, however Joy stayed on track maintaining her professional poise, continuing giving information as asked, yes a few times on the same question. Thanks Joy for your kindness and courtesy you gave to Mr. Grumpy ??. I extend my apologies to you, again thanks. I do hope authorities to be sees this and give you some type of appreciation for going above and beyond because you have what it takes to work with people as myself, maintaining your poise, extending warmth when we customers can be sometimes cold.
