5 starsWhen I was disappointed about missing the block at my preferred hotel, I thought I would **** too look for alternatives by calling around, but Aquils promptly told me should could help with the alternatives and did so efficiently and most graciously. 1 starMy credit card should not have been charged untill I checked in. My date was 3 day later for check in. Then I was told I would be charged for cancel. Even though your policy stated I had to the 13th to cancel. Stay was to be from 11/15 to 11/16. Purpose for stay was my son in law has stage 4 cancer that was metastasis through his body. Stressful situation and the refusal sent me into a worse state. I am 66 and my spouse is 71 yrs old. I'm on meds and disabled. Never experienced this from ****** owned properties. Then the phone went dead like I was hung up on. It took 3 calls to resolve my problem. Please have more compassion for people the sad part is I told you what was going on. The reservation was made on the 11th 3 hours earlier on the same day.HotelPlanner.com
