    Much information is old no longer applies to search, much information is simply not offered a lot of blank spaces, especially phone nos. and emails. Better to search on your own for free

    They charged me a premium unlimited search with a recurring charge and I didnt authorize it! And a recurring charge for unlimited reverse phone searches that I didnt sign up for!!!!!!

    Charged me $6.99 before the trial. Was up. They advertise the '99 trial period and then $6.99 thereafter. But I was charged the $6.99 at the same time as the 99 cent trial.. I asked for a refund but it was denied. Information.com is a scam. I did receive some information on my OneSearch and it was extremely out of date.

    I am here to say the same as every other complaint. Was supposed to be a one time .99 charge. In 24 hours I have been charge an additional 6.99 and 29.99 that I did not authorize! This company is a fraud and a scam. I need my money back and this company needs to be shut down.

    Did not give all information needed. Initial trial was 0.99. Stated that you could cancel after trial if not satisfied. I found no way to cancel after several attempts. I was not satisfied and did not want to continue, however my bank account was charged without my consent on 6/10/24

    Just looking over my credit card charges and this company has repeatedly charged my account. This is very upsetting. I did not agree to these charges.

    I have tried canceling this crap but they still charge me $6.99 per month, once they tried charging me $29.99 so now I have to constantly call my bank to have a full investigation & I always get the charges reversed because they are at fault! but for some reason they keep on doing it monthly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR SEARCHES, Who knows what they will charge you!!!
