    Just realized they have been charging $29.99 a month without my permission since November 2024. After I paid .99 cents for some information. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!

    Zero stars. I was looking for a deceased person and now a monthly 35.13 is coming out of my account. It was supposed to be a one time .99 fee. My bank is disputing and my card is shut off but this is just really frustrating!!

    DO NOT USE INFORMATION LLC. It is a scam. They provide you with no real helpful information and, worst of all, they do not make cancelling your "subscription" a known process. No where to cancel. I had to go through PayPal to get my payments to them to stop. I have filed a report to several entities regarding INFORMATION LLC.

    Absolute rip-off service. Was suppose to be 100% FREE! Was charged 99 cents plus $6.99 monthly charge. Sent email DEMANDING an immediate refund to my bank account. Tried calling the number provided for faster response. Recording stated having technical difficulties!

    99 cent charge for 5 day trial and then 35.13 would be charged after 5 days if not canceled. Same day I ordered trial period they tood out the 99 cents plus the 35.13. I tried immediately calling to immediately cancel due to this lie. Phones having technical difficulty, convenient! Emailed 3 times and still no response. I had to pay my bank to process a stop payment of $30 to stop this company from scamming. Don't get sacked in like I did!!

    Scam. Stay away. They lie about their fees. They said it was supposed to be a one dollar search but charged me $30 and signed me up for a monthly subscription that I never authorized. I called them and asked them to make it right and they refused. I disputed it with my credit card company and they are well aware of this scam website. I got my money refunded, closed my credit card and got a new one so they won't try and rob me again. Now the hassle of changing all my auto bill pay subscriptions. The information that they gave me in the search was not accurate at all. I tried to search myself and it was totally inaccurate. This company really needs to be shut down.

    I did a 1-time search and was charged .99 cents for which I authorized. 5 days later they set up a monthly automatic payment of $35.13 and billed me for which I did not authorize. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

    Used website for a 1 time search and was charged $1 and then have a pending charge of $35.13. Called my bank about the charge and they gave me a phone number where I just get a message saying call back during business hours but don't give you their business hours. This site is a total fraud in my opinion and I see that opinion is shared by others. There should be a quick way to shut down an operation like this. Who is the watcher for this type of scam???
