I have no idea who these people are! I've been dealing with identity theft for the last 2 years in its ruined my life! I didn't authorize any charge from them!They have 3 attempts on my card!Initial Complaint

Was under the impression that was only being charge ,99 cents for a five day trial, but was charged three time on my debit card,one for $1 another for over $16 and another for over $35. Never saw anywhere that I would be charged that amount. I want my money back and account canceled. Have made several attempts to contact company with no answer from them.Business Response

On Oct 19, 2025 I got on Information LLCs website to look up information on someone I know without any *********** was charged a fee of 99cents. On Oct ******* a charge of ***** appeared on my credit card without my knowledge or approval. After calling the number with just an automated response, I then sent an email to them. It looks like from all the complaints, my situation is no different than the over 200 complaints about this company recently so I thought I would get ahead of this problem & reach out to the BBB. It seems this is the only way this company will respond. In want my ***** refunded & this supposed service canceled. Its a scam & a fraudulent company.Business Response

On October 19, I was charged ***** for services from information.com. It was my understanding when I gave them my credit card information that I was only going to be charged one dollar. I didnt see anything where I was going to keep being charged, but I might be mistaken. Anyway, I wondered if I could have my money refunded.
