    I was looking for some information about a person and this site said Free, so I choose that site. Then it says pay .99 cents and gave them all my info including my debit card. Then it welcomes me and I see another charge for 6.99 well I got scammed so I thought I would just search for the info I was looking for. And guess what ? I didn’t get any info!. I want my money back and cancel my subscription with them as it’s 35.00 to renew. WTH - I would have given no stars but there’s no option for that

    They scammed me. Thought I was pay a dollar for the service not realizing that it was a free trial and I would be charged $29.99 for the service. I never received any reports on who I was looking up. I would have never agreed to the service had I known. Buyer beware.

    Based upon what I read on their website , the inquiry was suppose to be one time charge of .99 cents. Then I saw multiple charges on my credit card. I immediately called credit card company and placed a stop payment. I called to cancel and complain and customer service said we have no 99 cent charge, obviously lots of people would disagree.

    Information. Com is a scam. They get your payment Information and say it's only .99 cents then they charge your card 29.95 plus the .99. Legit business don't operate this way. Rip off wish I could give a 0 review.

    If I could rate this company with a BIG, FAT ZERO, I would. On Tue, March 11, I came across this company online and decided to compare it with my own search engine I pay for each month. Information.com, LLC advertised a one-time search for $0.99, so I opted for that. Then they promoted a trial offer for 5 days of using their search engine @ $2.99. I did NOT opt for that, and I closed the app. This morning, March 16, 2025, as I was perusing my PayPal account, I found that Information.com, LLC had charged me an additional $3.69 on March 11th, and an additional $29.99 today!! I would like a FULL refund sent back to my PayPal account immediately. I am an elderly, disabled widow on a very limited income, and I simply cannot afford these high-priced apps that SAY they are providing a service.     They charged two seperate times one for $6.99 and another for $29.99 but the trial said it would only charge $.99. I request a refund.

    This website says that I am deceased as of less than one week after I was born. So I basically lived 5 days and died. Then it goes on to say that I own a *** business which I do not own. I contacted them to report the errors and they said that they get their information from the top 3 credit agencies and local authorities. I contacted Lifelock and there is no such information anywhere on credit agency sites. No local authorities have reported me as being dead in Michigan, where I was born and would have died. This site is a train wreck.

    They advertise that you can get a 5 day Trial for. 99 cents. If you do not Cancel before the 5 days are up, they start charging you $29.99 a month each thereafter until you Cancel your Subscription. The PROBLEM is when you choose the. 99 cents option @checkout. And it is Cleary shown. 99 cents and you have 10 minutes to claim the offer before the 10 min clock count down is up. They show the timer on your screen as soon as you hit Check-out. Then it gives you 2 option. 1.) Credit/Visa/Mastercard or 2.) PayPal. It doesn't matter which way that you chose to pay, They are going to CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD $29.99! ?????? NOT .99 cents!!!?????????????????????????????? There Is Not A .99 cents 5 Day Trial!!!!!

    Not worth the money. They do not provide the information they say they will. I looked up two people. The first on they never even found the right person. The second one they gave information that was 30 years old only. It was only 99 cents but considering they dupe many people into the 99 cents they still make money. NOT A REPUTABLE SERVICE.

    Signed up for the trial with a price of $.99 and was charged $1.00.Also charged $6.99 and $29.99, and did not authorize these charges. Cant contact this fraudulent company thru the weekend. Calling my bank to file fraud charges.
