I used them once to find someone. They could NOT find that person. They charged me $29.99. I figured that was a one-time charge. They are continuing to charge me every month without authorization!!I tried to call them but get a voicemail saying that they are all busy and no chance to actually leave a message or I try another number and the person answering tells me that they dont know what I am talking about. When I ask who I should call, they play dumb and say that they dont know. All I want is to cancel the charge and be done with it. What can I do?

This company required me to enter all of my personal data including credit card information then lied. They said that they were going to charge me $0.99 for a 5 day trial period in which I could terminate the subscription before being charged a monthly fee of $29.99.I told them to go ahead and charge me the $0.99 and they instead attempted to bill my credit card $29.99.It is FRAUD to tell someone that they are being charged one amount then immediately charging a much higher amount.

Looks like Im not the only one trying to tell everyone this place is a scam. $0.99 for a document turned into $29.99 and $6.99 automatically gone in a couple weeks with no way of canceling without jumping through hoops that I have yet to see done. Shut down my payment through PayPal. But I still want a response and money back after not getting a notification to continue.

I thought I was getting info (phone number and/or address) for $.99 -- Next thing I know, Pay pal (who's going to send $.99 in the mail??!!) has paid this company $29.99 !!!! I HAD NO IDEA, but I am certainly calling them tomorrow (it's after hours as I type this). I miss the annual AT&T phone books we used to get. And I understand that phone books are no longer practical. But to con me for $.99 and then charge me $29.99 is FRAUD!

Charged 4 times in one month for a "$0.99 trial". Site does not give you the option to cancel the account. I have changed my credit card and charge is still placed on my account and is currently pending even without updating my card information. This business is dishonest and deceitful. I regret falling for this scam.

The site offers a dollar for x number of days, and does not tell you what the subsequent monthly charges will be. I presume that will be revealed to your when you sign up. In the gobbledygook, in the explanation section, it tells you that an additional charge will be later removed. Its like buying a pig in a poke. Why would you buy a service without knowing the real cost.? Can you do something about this kind of practice? Do you know anyone who has the authority to stop these people? I have contacted the company about the situation, and asked for a posting of the charges after the dollar period ends, but they havent responded yet.Thank you Cymenthy Do I have to leave even one star?

Exactly at the same problem it clearly states 99 cents for a 5-day trial. But when you put your card information in and authorize it they try to take $29.99 right out of your account I have a screenshot if necessary
