      I called Ideal Image around July of last year I believe for a consultation. I wanted a quote to see if I was interested in receiving services. The lady on the call was happy to help me but insisted that I fill out a form in order to RECEIVE A QUOTE. I told her several times over this call that I was only looking for a quote and she reassured me that I would not be charged until I scheduled an appointment with them. I still to this day have not scheduled an appointment or received ANY services but I am not being permitted to cancel my membership and be refunded. I told them it was illegal to charge me for services not received but I have now been sent to collections over the matter. I refuse to pay for services I have not received but no one from ********* or Ideal Image will cancel my membership and remove these charges under my name. It will hurt my credit to have outstanding debt in collections but I have not made any payments and don't plan to because I HAVE HAD NO SERVICES or even attempted to schedule an appointment.

      I paid $250 for membership to Ideal Image in ******* (Headquarters in *****). My price in contract was for $8.90. I was told by the manager they couldn't honor my price as their price went up and they just spoke with corporate and they told them they had to raise prices. Who operates a business when a manager and front desk staff boldly lies to customers just to give their friends or selected customers free products and/or services. Also every time I would make an appointment my appointment would get cancelled so the only way I could make an appointment is to drive to the location and they would "try" to work me in. Also with cool sculpting I was told by several workers that it doesn't work an they just want to take your money. That was at a previous appointment. I am just amazed that a business can operate this way. I am asking to be credited the difference and also credited for money that was taken out at previous appointment that someone ********* and used. Was told by the front desk. And they told me to take all complaints through the ***** office. I will never go back because it is terrible how they treat people. I can't image that the directors and the board would allow such horrible actions to take place. There should be legal ramifications with these business practices.

      The guests contract price was due to a membership that has since expired. If the guest wants to purchase Botox at **** then guest would need to purchase the Lifetime Guarantee membership and purchase 100 units or more. The guest is welcome to do so at any time.

      I went to Ideal Image in ************* about a year ago to ask if they could eliminate a hair dove-tail at the rear base of my head. They said they could, and presented me with a contract of $900 +,- payable in monthly charges of $37.00 on my **** card. At the very first appointment, the technician stated that they could not eliminate the dove-tail. Instead, I was offered alternative services, which I neither needed nor wanted. I returned 2-3 more times for appointments, with minimal or no results. At that point, I asked to be released from the contract, but they refused, stating that I had a legal obligation to pay. Last month, I went back again in an effort to resolve the matter, but the business continued to insist that I was bound by a contract requiring monthly credit card charges until December 2023. They seem to overlook their legal obligation to provide a service which I believe they knew from the beginning that they could not fulfill. Stated another way, I believe I am a victim of fraud, and as a 72 year-old, fraud against a senior citizen. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.

      We appolgoze about the difficulty that the guest is having but we encourage the guest to go to the clinic as the guest is a guest of a franchise location therefore we are unable to assist. BBB - Can this be transferred to the Franchise BBB?

      On September 7 2022 I received a call from ideal image saying I requested info from ******** regarding cool sculpting services. I was told I would need to put down **** dollars before services could be administered and I would be eligible for a ***** credit from Fortiva after I paid the ****.00 and received my services. When I was told I needed to sign the agreement to lock in the sell price not thinking it was anything other than that I foolishly did so. The next thing I see is I have an account that says I owed ******* when I inquired about the new account I was told it was ideal image they had charged **** dollars on a Fortiva card this surprised me since I had yet to utilize their services. When I called ideal image about closing the account I was told it could not be closed and i would still be responsible for paying the ******* I informed them I never received any services and I was no longer interested in doing business with them because of the way they misrepresented this situation they informed me that I had signed a 28 page document that stated services and fees were non refundable at this time they offered to take **** dollars off the cost of the cool sculpting and I could replace the cool sculpting services for something else. I had informed her I no longer wanted the services and that I had spoke to fortiva and closed the account thru them because I had up too this point continued to make payments in hopes of resolving the issue without damaging my credit, which I am no longer able to do so without causing my self and my family a significant burden which is unfair considering no services were provided ideal image intentionally misled and misrepresented this business transaction to fraudulently obtain my signature to bind me into paying them ******* if only I had stopped to read their reviews I would have known they have shady business practices and I would have never attempted any business transactions with them. I want a refund of **** for money paid

      11/19/2022 transaction date I was advised that the total for my services would be in the amount of $2401.99, and that this was a deal that the salesperson had never even seen offered before. Upon going in for a later appointment, I was advised that they could not serve me as my payments were behind. I was then advised that not only was I being charged the $2401.99, but there was another charge of $503.44 that was unbeknownst to me charged separately to be payed by me separately. This brought my total for the laser hair removal procedure to nearly $3000, which I would never have agreed to. I am looking for credit in the amount of the $503.44, an amount of which I never agreed to. I will continue paying the original amount of $2401. 99 as agreed upon and as was my original understanding of the contract.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I agreed to the $2400 charge, but not the additional $500 mystery charge.

      At this point I am making regular payments on my large $2400, and I am being refused service. 

      I would like a cancellation of the $500, and to be able to schedule service again, or else cancel the remaining contract since I am not able to receive the laser hair removal service that I am paying $133 monthly for.

      Date of transaction 2/14/23 and 2/16/23 I was charged on 2/13/23 before service was even done for the amount of $2050.00. Twice as much as was quoted. I see no results. I am so disappointed. The aesthetician's were nice enough but all I got was bruising on my face with no results. The areas around my mouth and lips look the same. No one can tell anything was done. Than on my follow up appointment they offer another syringe for more money. When the sales lady that did a zoom appointment with, stated that I would only need one syringe because my wrinkles weren't that bad. I feel betrayed and now I'm stuck paying for a service I didn't get. Why should I pay for a service that was not successful. I feel taken advantage of. I can't pay another $1000 for a service that was promised and not delivered. I need a resolution.

      Ideal Image guests complete an in-person or virtual consultation with our Sales Consultants who recommend treatments based on our guests interests. After purchasing each guest then completes a health history questionnaire and is then assessed in clinic by a medical professional.  We stand behind our service agreement and the commitment it offers.       On august 29,2022 I was charged a $250 membership fee from Ideal Image in *********. But this membership isnt for me its was for a family member who I paid for services the year before. The front desk did not tell me they were going to save my card info. *** talked to them and they told me that they can not refund me even tho they see the account is not even under my name.

      I started my ideal image laser treatment almost a year and a half ago. My contract is up in July. I contacted the 1-800-BE-IDEAL phone number to request a refund on my lifetime membership that was deducted from my credit card wishing the last week and was denied. The company did not advise when the payment would be applied or if youre even still interested in a lifetime membership almost 2 years later after signing up. Im not interested in a lifetime warranty and just want my money back.

      Had a consultation with ideal image to get pricing and procedure details on 2/22/23. Was given a pricing of $4268 for the procedures for which I selected the 18month payment option. During this consultation I was asked to acknowledge (NOT EXPLICITLY TOLD I WAS SIGNING) their contract. I did sign the lending agreement, but was told that I would have 30 days to review the documents. At this point I explicitly asked about the risk of fat lumps and skin abnormalities occurring from the treatment, to which I received the response this is very rare and has NEVER occurred at ideal images. I expressed concerns about what health conditions are contraindicated and was told these would be reviewed before any sort of treatment to which no one ever reached out. I decided to do some research online and read reviews explicitly detailing occurrences of the side effects I had explicitly asked about. Following this, I read through the contract to find the side effects listed and decided I did not want to complete the treatment. I filed a case to cancel the treatment 2 days after my consultation at which point I was told that there are no refunds after being explicitly told that I had a 30 day cancellation window. They also informed me at this point that I had signed a binding contact after the consultant used the phrase please acknowledge our conditions and was never explicit that anything was being signed other than the lending agreement. The lending partner has been more than happy to work on settling this, but has received no feedback from ideal image. They have started a case for me as I have not received any services or products from the company. The employees at the clinic I talked to were absolutely positive that things would get sorted out because of ideal images goals as a company, but as soon as I talked to anyone business, I received total disregard for my concerns and was simply told sorry, were keeping the money. I feel completely taken advantage of.

      I spend about $10,000 on cool sculpting treatments that I was told would help remove fat cells from the areas I purchased for. I saw no results and I was promised that it just takes time, sometimes up to two years. I continued with the steps they told me to follow and instead of seeing results, the parts of my body that they did cool sculpting on are now bigger than they were before and I have not gained any weight. The parts of my body where the cool sculpting was applied are swollen compared to the parts around it and as I've lost weight, those areas do not change in size or measurement.
