5 starsEver write an email to a company and wondered how long it would take them to reply? I did that and first thing Monday morning there was a reply waiting for me. *** worked with me to adjust my order for what would work best for me and with a couple of back and forth emails (felt more like text messages he was so prompt) my issue was solved. Am loving this product. Really is helping my sciatica pain and the customer support lets me know "they have my back""NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.

5 stars**** went above and beyond anything I ever expected. In this day and age that is almost unheard of!!! He went above and beyond to help me with my issue. When I consider that Neuro MD is working with people who, like me are probably in pain and looking for relief this is even more remarkable! I came away from my experience happy and relaxed. 5 starsTheir customer service is excellent. **** was the representative that helped me and he was very good. I ordered the wrong replacement pads and did not realize it until I started to use them. When I contact them, **** helped me return them and also gave me a discount for the correct pads. Very good customer service.NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.

I recently had problems with a defective device, and customer care specialists **** did an excellent job in quickly replacing the device and expediting it to me.
