5 starsWow, I needed help from NeuroMD in locating my delivery. After sending an "SOS" to customer service, *** answered my email within 10 minutes and provided support in handling my issue. As it turned out, my package was left in a community "cluster" mailbox and not really at my residence.Nevertheless, I am ready to start my treatment. 5 starsGreat product to relieve pain and excellent customer service. Don't think about it twice. I have chronic back pain and a laminectomy. I need fusion surgery, but this device so far has enabled me to escape the surgery. It reduces my discomfort significantly. *** in customer service, and the team responds to emails very quickly. 5 starsHi...I've used the NeuroMD product for many years to address my siatica and it always works to increase my range of motion and reduce associated back pain.Recently, I submitted a request to the customer support department and the case was handled perfectly ?? ?? ??Eve got on the case quickly, researched the issue, provided resolution and expedited shipment. Mama *** -> Thats action!!!Congratulations to you and your company!!!BTW, I recommend NeuroMD to all friends experiencing back and other related muscular issues. I have purchased several devices and retained only one. 5 stars***** LOST my shipment, when I notified them, they sent out a replacement the same day and apologized profusely, even though is not Neuro MDs fault at all. Amazing company to deal with!!!
