    My device stopped working after only using it for a couple of weeks. I reached out to customer service and first spoke with Angela. She asked me some questions about charging and other issues. I emailed back my answers and John then responded. He was very helpful and said a new device will be sent to me asap. That was yesterday and I got an email that the package is on the way. Very good customer service.

    I have used NeuroMD for about 2 years. I mainly use it on my low back where I have 8 discs that are collapsed. I highly recommend this device. It has helped me tremendously, along with specific exercises given by physical therapy. My pain is severe and chronic. It especially helps the morning back pain upon awakening. Unfortunately I just had a pacemaker implanted and I no longer can use NeuroMD

    I ordered a wrong part (lost my charger!) and Rex promptly got the right one sent to me so that I could continue to use my device and feel better. Excellent service and product!I only wish it were more clear that there is an older and newer model with different parts. I ordered in May this year and apparently received an older model.

    Well, first of all, I love the device because it really helps with chronic spine and sciatica issues.I was using it for a few months and after changing to a new pad, I was having issues and *** was my magic reset button! Thank you!

    I worked with John over a small issue of losing my remote control. He offered great customer support and taught me how to use the device without the remote. Luckily for me, I found the remote this morning but still very much appreciate the service he gave me.The unit itself has been really great. I am currently finishing week 3 and my back has been feeling much better than before. At first, I thought it felt exactly like my TENS machine but it must be doing something different because my back has been getting stronger and stronger. It has been months since I've carried my 7 year old daughter and I was able to do do it yesterday. I'm still pretty amazed that my back is feeling fine today.Great job to the NeuroMD team, I am very happy with my purchase.
