1 starUsed NeuroMd devise to eliminate lover back pain for 60 days along with an exercises as this company suggested. Zero result. Absolutely regular devise as hundreds on the market but 5-7times higher price than others. 60 days no risk free trial this company offered is a trick. If you want to return the device they will charge you 15% restocking fee ($219 including ********%).More over they charge 15% from total amount with tax, **************** rep couldn't answer my question why they charge me 15% from sales tax but she said this is correct and no adjustment needed here. Also NeuroMD doesn't offer free return to their customers as almost all reputable US companies. You have to be ready to get refund $40 less than your original payment. You can buy same device under different brand for $40. **************** is useless. You will wait and wait for your refund after your back shipment delivered. Resume: space price for ordinary device from company who tricks their customers with 60 days risk free trial and useless customer service!

5 starsThey were very quick to get back to me with an answer. I really liked that there was no pressure to buy something. I love my NeuroMD product and use it often during the week. My sciatic pain is less over the last year and I don't need it every day.NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.

5 starsUnfortunately the device didnt work for me I was so sad, I thought this is it, will help me with my pain and get my life back. I know every person is different and I am so happy for those who got a relief using the device. But I am still giving 5 star rating because of the customer service i received when requested a return and refund. 5 starsDoes exactly as described on website. A rarity this days. Still using original pads and now cutting back on use as pain is going away for longer periods. We wash the area where the pad goes with alcohol to clean the skin prior to mounting the pad. You want to keep the pads as sticky as you can for as long as you can. 5 starsThis device saved me from a lot of pain. I have sciatica and I purchased this device a year and half ago. And I havent used it since then, but I now feel the pain coming back again. So when I went to get me device I noticed that my charger was missing. I was very concerned. And I emailed the team and I was speaking to Rex. He assured me that I could get another one and sent me the link within minutes. So now I have my charger on the way. And I can start using this again for my back.
