5 stars**** did a fabulous job in assisting me with my therapy needs. He very quickly sent me a PDF that contained all the info I needed as I had misplaced my original documentation received when I purchased my initial device 3 years ago. I also want to add that **** got this all accomplished to my complete satisfaction via CHAT resulting in very fast response to my issue/request. 5 starsI read with interest the advertisement for the products they carry for helping with pain - back, arm, shoulder, etc. I have suffered with back pain for years and ribs going out of joint for the last couple of years.Truth be told, when I initially contacted customer service with some questions, by phone, the person was not helpful; and then when I contacted them by email, I ended up with the same person answering my request. It was not helpful.I tried contacting **************** via email again, and got ****. Oh my goodness, things turned around 180! He answered my questions, he was very polite, very helpful, and I felt like he was someone who really cared.I decided on the unit I wanted to order, placed that order and received it promptly. They say you should feel results in about two weeks. It was with shock that I noticed incredible help after just one session. You can do one to three a day. After not using the unit for even a week, I had a chiropractor appointment and he said my back was the best he had ever experienced ***** the course of using my unit, I had additional questions, and **** has been right there to answer my questions thoroughly, making sure I understand how to use the unit correctly. And he always says to let him know if I have more questions. He made the difference for me, and I've also ordered an additional unit!Everyone is unique, and I certainly can't guarantee results like mine or anyone else. But I know that **** would be delighted to help anyone with their questions and ordering. When I wanted to re-order he even sent me a link. So helpful.NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.
