5 stars**** responded to my issue with gel pads with respect, trust, and a solution that I found to be fair given the information I shared. He actually "listened" to what I said about problems with these pads and did not suggest that it was my fault for storing them improperly. That was an earlier response which was insulting at best. So I truly appreciated his willingness to correct and to offer a solution that worked Thank you again, ****NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.

5 starsMy customer service representative, ***, made an immediate positive response to my concern.Somehow my order had a x2, which doubled the cost of my Neuromd back massager. 1 starHaving problems with this company with an order I received and they "wanted to make things right". Then when they contacted me they wanted to offer me "discounts" on additional products without correcting the problem I was having. Thank you for allowing us to resolve this customer's concerns. We take all criticism carefully and are sorry that our first attempt to remedy the issue did not match his expectations.
After further interaction with the customer, we addressed the dissatisfaction with the adhesive quality of the replacement pads received by sending a complimentary new set of pads as per agreement with the customer. The customer has graciously consented to update his feedback once he receives the replacement.

5 starsI was very pleased and appreciative with the support and customer service I received from JOHN. He was prompt in reviewing my email and in his response, he was thoughtful to consider the concerns I had and reiterated them back to me. Too often, as a customer, you get an auto generated response or a canned, scripted reply. John recognized the concern I had with my neuroMD replacement pads not sticking well, asked some good questions, and then swiftly came to a resolution by sending me replacement pads at no charge. I am grateful for the pain relief that my neuroMD provides and very happy with the care and service I receive. Thank you so much!

5 starsI have been using this product for my back for 5 weeks. Like others, I was skeptical. I am in my 60's and have severe scoliosis and sciatic nerve *******************. The NeuroMD is helping. Still have some pain and discomfort but getting better. I have had a lot of questions and **** has gotten back to me promptly and answered all my questions efficiently. He has really helped me on this journey. Exceptional customer service from him. I feel like I have an advocate in ****. He is my go too for all questions. I am doing the machine faithfully and always do the stretches after my session. I am hoping with more time my problem areas get better.
