5 starsI ordered the 2 device bundle and realized I actually needed the 4 device bundle. I replied back to the order confirmation and John got back to me immediately. He sent a clear concise email of options for me. I replied back to John with option A (canceling, getting a refund and reordering the 4 device option). He again replied back immediately, notifying me it was cancelled and refunded and to look for a separate cancellation confirmation email. Great customer service!

5 starsI contacted customer service via there contact method online and had an email response the next morning. After trouble shooting my device it was determined that the device was defective and sent out a new one under warranty and I only had to pay a very small fee for processing. 5 starsI had placed an order for replacement pads but somehow ended up with two of the items, without noticing, so I was charged double. I noticed this when a checked email a few minutes later. I was looking for a cancel order or edit order but couldn't find anything. So I emailed and within five minutes *** had fixed my order and refunded the amount for second item.
