5 starsMy wireless remote for my NeuroMD stopped working, would not power on. I emailed them and **** had me try a few things . . . still DOA, so he immediately started the process to send me a new remote. What a great company! And the NeuroMD device is life changing. 4 starsThe unit, when working, is amazing. However, having the unit malfunction after a year and neuroMD would not replace a malfunctioning unit is disappointing. I would think they'd want to evaluate a unit that randomly shocks at full voltage than what is preset on the device. They did offer a discount on a new unit, but a replacement would have been better. I will say their customer service is great, but their replacement policy for a defective unit is sub-par when it's an actual defect.NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.
