5 starsLove the products, been using the back therapy for a few weeks and can say it's working at giving me on-going pain relief. Since I am Type 2 diabetic, I also just purchased the foot and leg therapy device which I am hoping will alleviate my foot pain especially at night when trying to sleep. I made an error in ordering and **** at customer support was very helpful and the cancellation and refund of the product I accidentally ordered which I already have, was taken care of within a few minutes of my message. Appreciate the excellent response.

5 stars*** was wonderful today! My work FHA/*** wanted an itimized receipt for my purchase. I had misplaced mine and sent a short email to see if they could help me. He immediately figured out what I'd done wrong, refunded the charge to my credit card and with the best customer service I've experienced in quite a while. 5 starsI can tell you that I read every complaint and resolution and this company is going to get my business. I totally get the misrepresentations but they honored every issue more than completely fair. BBB recommends them because they state the facts respectfully, honoring, apologetically and making the customer all or close to whole when most companies out there don't. I commend you nueromed, and I'm hoping to not have to return mine at all but if I do at least I know you're honorable.NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.
