5 starsI just wanted to say that NeuroMD has great support. I was debating on getting A whole body support device and wanted to know information on 2 devices so contacted support and **** with customer support replied to me right a way and was very helpful and answered my questions, he seams to know the products well and cares about the customer. I was able to decide which one was best for me. Thanks for you support ****, can't wait to use my New Whole Body Corrective Therapy Device 2.0. *****

5 starsI had an issue with the stimulator being defective and I communicated that problem to Neuro MD and *** assisted me with my issue. He asked that I try several different things and he professionally described each step which I followed. 5 starsHad a few questions about the device and **** in support was quick, probably within 10 minutes of me asking and knowledgeable in answering all my questions! **** was very professional in responding and very accommodating to what I thought maybe were dumb questions! **** did not make me feel that they were dumb or I was dumb for asking! I have already used it twice in the same day for sciatica problems and really feel like it's the real deal! I have suffered on and off for 4 years and have tried about everything else! So far I really like the product, definitely worth the money!NeuroMD Medical Technologies LLC.
