    This is just one lie after another. The first *** told me that they were going to make my numbers go up by putting my website on all the major platforms, no mention of it ONLY being voice services that don't do anything for your website. I've had a 0% increase in my platform and have asked for them to refund my $269, after having their One on One counselor try to sell me the service that I wanted to start with for another $299. I told ***** that I thought that that was what I was paying the $269 for. He appologized and hung up. I called 2 days later and another *** said that he was going to get me changed over to the platform service and not charge me anything...A week later still no answer and still no refund. I'm getting the same BS run around that all of these reviews have gotten. I just want my money refunded and to forget about this place and I would really love to have the **** ****** phone calls ended for good that they keep calling me with.

    ****! ****! ****! Beware of this company, as they will just take your hard-earned money and won't do anything as promised. They mislead and lie about everything. You can't even talk to a live person because the number they provide is just a bunch of recordings that lead to nowhere. DO NOT GIVE OUT YIUR INFO AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!!!

    I recently had the opportunity to work with Apex Media Solutions, and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite investing $2300 in their services, the level of professionalism and communication I received was severely lacking.I reached out to them multiple times, leaving messages in the hopes of discussing my project, but unfortunately, I never received a response. This lack of follow-up and communication left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.Additionally, the work that was eventually provided by Apex Media Solutions was subpar. I felt that for the amount I paid, I could have easily completed the tasks myself, and likely with better results. The lack of assistance and support from the company made the entire experience a waste of time and money.I strongly advise others to steer clear of Apex Media Solutions and look for alternative options for their media needs. The lack of responsiveness and quality of service make them an unreliable choice for anyone seeking professional assistance in this ******** conclusion, my experience with Apex Media Solutions was disappointing and unsatisfactory. I hope that by sharing my review, others can make more informed decisions when choosing a media services provider.

    I can not tell that this company, has done anything that it has said it would do. They have been paid up front and each month since I started with them. Said they would get me verified on ******, but they can not prove that they have. They said they had all of the 60 directories corrected about my store information. But another company showed me, they have not. They are suppose to help on the voice search. But I can not tell they have done that either. I am very unhappy with their service. I am a small business. Did not have the money to waste on a company that does not follow thru on services promised. I have read several other reviews on this company. Many businesses are very unhappy also with their service that was not done as promised.

    ***** ******* PROMISED that **** would get our business results. And we did start to show up higher on the first page after about 3 weeks. Then a few weeks later we completely disappeared. We are not showing up after looking through pages and pages. **** contacted me initially about helping my business show up in ****** searches at the top of the first page. They explained it would take a month to see us in searches in ** and ** - up to 6 months to begin showing up nationwide. We are NOWHERE now. We were at least showing up on the first page BEFORE I contracted their service - albeit at the bottom of the first page. **** ****** is my ***************** Mgr and was helpful on scheduled calls, but since we have disappeared from ****** searches I've gotten one email response that he would have their tech people look into it. Nothing for 2 weeks after that. I have repeatedly emailed and left voicemail messages since then asking for a phone call, asking for a scheduled phone call, ANYTHING to get this resolved. I cannot get anyone to respond. I gave them almost $3500 to give us high SEO results with a promise that I would be happy with the results. At this point I either want this resolved immediately and the service they PROMISED would be rendered to happen. Or, I want a refund for services not performed. I will be happy to adjust this review if they satisfy this customer.
