1 starso far they've charged me $219, set up whats supposed to be my dashboard. so far i've been somewhat ignored. i reach out to them for guidence, they say someone will call you back any they dont call back, then you have to reach out to them again. still waiting!!! basically, they took my $ real quick while I'm standing around waiting for them to do the rest of their job!!!Apex Media Solutions, LLC

1 starThis company ***** you in under false pretenses and tell you lies. Don't fall for their gimmick, it's word games that cost you money. They have you activate your account then hit you with more lies and when you finally catch on, it is too late you activated the account and no refund will be given. Save yourself the grief, don't use this company, the people that work there are rude and condescending, one even had the nerve to say that I must have a 300 credit score. 5 starsTo whom it may concern, I own able electric. In a small community. Delete on the show owner and operator I struggled for many years. Trying to figure out a way to generate business. I had been burned by so many internet. Internet providers such as these people in ****. In the past every sense they have stepped into my business. It is increased by 10 fold. And I primarily owe that debt of gratitude to *******. She is my account manager. She has a great. Personality. And a real strong work ethics. He checks in on my business religioushe does anything she can to increase that by far. So if you are not talking with ******* from Apex. You're wasting your time and money. Trust me, I done it for years. The volume might get abort. These days are 4 greater than it's ever been before? I do highly recommend you contact apex and ask speak To *******, she will take good care of you and your business. Give her a month or 2 like in the beginning with me. I had so many doubts. 1 starAbsolutely nothing good to say about them they are a complete waste of money and lock you into a contract for a year and claim to do so much but doesn't add up I told my *** 4 months in I couldn't stand there service and wanted out I would have had to pay thousands to get out early so I paid for the year they had the nerve to charge me a 13th month and only offer me a $100 dollar refund I would give zero stars if it was an option!!!Apex Media Solutions, LLC

1 starMy husband was only suppose to get the voice command marketing services. But he signed up for a whole year and paid for it in full. He had an appointment today with an account manager and never once received a phone call. I wish I would have looked up this company before he paid.
