  They gave me a price quote for voice search on the four main places and they told me that it would show up within 3 weeks. Then after that they tried to sell me a ****** search increase and it would be 600 a month. I said no and they kept dropping the price. I didn't go with it, just the first option. I waited and waited but nothing happened. They said it would eventually. I finally talked to the manager and he said it's not going to work unless I paid him the monthly price. I asked for a refund and he said no because I didn't ask for it within 24 hours. Then after a long argument with him on the phone, he still wouldn't give me a refund, so I asked him, how can you live with charging people money and not doing anything for them? Don't do business with this company, just look at their rating, they have an F.

  I signed up under their pressure sales to pay a monthly amount for a year. But I was told I would see an increase in my calls and business profits. That was false, they did enhance my ****** listing where some calls told me they found my website. The real complaint is lack of customer service and concern. I'm scheduled for a mtg call, but they provide no call in number and don't say they will call me. So no meeting takes place, in the past when we did talk about their work(?) all they wanted to do was sign me up for more items that was neither proved or expressed how it would enhance my earnings. Frustrating, you cant find a person to complain to, you cant ask clarification and they don't care if they missed your phone appointment. For anyone in need of WEB help, I do not recommend this company nor their empty promises.

  This company went above and beyond for my business! There were times when I was busy with work and family and couldnt make time to do specific task to boost my business and **** took the initiative to do the groundwork for me. **** cares for my business as though its their very own!   I had no idea how to properly use Google Analytics before working with Apex Media Solutions, but they walked me through everything. They installed all the right tracking codes on my site and set up dashboards that were easy for me to follow. What I appreciated most were the tiny adjustments they made based on the data—things like changing the placement of buttons on my homepage or tweaking the colors of my call-to-action buttons. They improved my website’s conversion rate within weeks!

  If I could give less than one star, I would. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but what this company has done is borderline criminal.Background: Im a father of three, a Marine combat veteran, and also served a stint in the Army. I recently started a small business, and Apex Media Solutions reached out, claiming they could help improve my online presence. Unfortunately, I trusted them to deliver on what they promised, but that was my mistake.Months into this so-called marketing effort, Ive paid them $399.00 per month, only to receive minimal communication and little to no results. When I tried contacting them, I was constantly transferred between different representatives, with no real answers. To make matters worse, I recently received a call from someone claiming to represent a different company, telling me my business wasnt showing up on the first page of Googleexactly what Apex was supposed to be helping with. After digging, I discovered the invoice for this new company came from none other than Apex Media Solutions themselves.I immediately called to ask why I wasnt showing up on the first page of ****** and how this mix-up happened. The manager gave me vague excuses, refunded me, the $150.00 I payed what I thought was a different marketing company and that was the end of itexcept it wasnt. Either the salesperson lied, or the company is simply not doing what they promised, all while charging me $399.00 every month!Ive since called back, been promised a return call from a supervisor (which never happened), and now, their number is disconnected. Upon further research, *** discovered Im being charged double what others have paid for the same (or lack of) service.I expect a full refund and immediate cancellation of my contract. If necessary, I will pursue legal action to ensure that happens.

  This business contacted me and gave their usual spiel of being able to generate business through word searches. I wish I had checked them out first before sending them almost $200.00. There are ***************************** a 2 year period for making the same promises and not delivering. Anyway, I emailed them that night saying i had changed my mind and wanted my money back. I received no reply. I spoke to one of their employees the next day who categorically refused to refund my money. I have a very small 1 person business and I can't afford to be out that amount of money.

  I was misled on the price which was outrages. The salespeople are experts in scamming clients to stick with them a little longer to reach these high goals that never happen. After all the expenses I try to cancel services and let me tell you, they make it impossible. I have made multiple emails and calls, and they won't let me cancel because they need to report it to a manager. It should be illegal to do what they are doing. I'm going to look into an attorney to stop this harassment.
