    I signed up for service on March *******. I cancelled on October ******* because nothing was being marketed like they promised. They kept assigning me a new manger because the last one apparently wasn't doing the job. after months of the **** being passed around and discovering that they weren't even marketing mt business or my correct business number on ******, I cancelled service.They have continued to charge me $316.57 every month even though they have repeatedly emailed me the assurance that my account has been cancelled.This is now February ******* and still I am being charged.I want a refund of $1266.28 and no more charges to incur on my account.

    This company has called me several times despite me asking to be removed from their list. Ive asked them 3 times to stop calling me or I would report them for harassment. They have ignored this request.

    On 1/22/25, after being cold called many times and being asked to removed from their call list at least 3 times, I was pressured into buying into Apex Media Solutions voice search optimization. They kept me on the phone for a brief call, 45 minutes, didn't even spell my name correctly, sent a confirmation email to the wrong email. I told them I had no confidence in their ability to provide quality service as my conversation hadn't gone well. have contacted my bank to stop payment. the gentleman on the phone was condescending and had someone feeding him lines behind him. after hanging up, I've seen I'm not the only person to have this experience. I was told I could cancel any time but never received account information for what I was paying for.

    This company, Apex Media Solutions LLC, is registered in *******. They cold call and do a bait-and-switch on their initial offers and services regarding ****************** I sent a cancellation before my onboarding appointment. They then played the policy game as it relates to giving me a complete refund. I was then referred to ***, in ****************** She alleged that the work and activation were completed but she could not give me a timestamp as to when this occurred. They did not send me a notification of activation until after I canceled in an email and verbally on the phone. While we were on the phone they sent the "activation" email. But this is a tech company and doesn't know or refused to give me the requested information to justify this alleged "work and activation". *** also asserted that I would be on all 5 platforms for life. However, as I probed more. She said that I would be removed from ****** and ****** in 30 days, due to those companies' contractual policies. Hence, falsely telling me I would be on all platforms for life. I asked who is the owner and their name(s) and I was refused. She told me to look it up and/or check my emails for the name. ***** was rude and condescending when I initially asked for a refund. He tried to tell me my concerns about the authenticity of all these recently excellent reviews was not an issue. However, it is very reasonable to see the drastic shift in the reviews and other factors that are apparent in the reviews as the truth of their poor services. Please search out reviews by a former employee because these 5-star ratings are seemingly set up to trick the algorithm and project a false image of excellent work. 50 complaints in 1 year says it all. Now, they have come to BBB to try to resolve their complaints. They had a ** (MINUS) rating before because they ignored complaints. I brought this to their attention. Now, the company is trying to respond to these claims to remove the ** (MINUS) rating.

    Have tryed multiple times to cancel subscription due to company not providing any service! And they have it it in a never ending payment schedule! ***** is the one who refuses to cancel my subscription with them. Reached out months ago was supposed to be cancelled at that time, and then they kept charging so I requested to cancel again in Dec and then they told me that they are not able to cancel my subscription. And that I need to setup a meeting with them to discuss cancelation of my subscription. And in the email they sent me it says I am able to cancel my subscription at anytime over email and they still refuse to Follow that verbage. Everytime that I talked to them in the past they use very aggressive and threatening tactics to harass our business to work with them. I'm just looking to get them to quit charging me monthly for the supposed service they offer! And to be done with them as a company, and leave them a review of 0! So no other person has to deal with these scammers again!

    I am rejecting this response because: They have not tryed to reach out to me via phone. Since this is there "policy" to verbally herass there "customers" into staying with them by not allowing them to cancel there subscription, like they say in there initial agreement in which I submitted the screenshot of that doc already. Just another agreement they can not hold up too .. This will be resolved once they cancel my subscription and refund for the months since I first asked them to cancel my subscription!!!

    As advised previously the account was terminated upon request and there were not additional charges following the escalation of the account. Per Mr. ******** request via email and through this complaint we were advised not to call and to terminate the account which we followed on January 8th, 2025. He also requested a return of the funds for the month he should not have been charged which we submitted with no hesitation. We wish to resolve this complaint swiftly and we are more than happy to attempt verbal contact. Please let me know if any further information is needed.

As mentioned prior we find that we have followed through on providing a successful resolution by terminating the account as requested prior to the package completion date which is outlined in our agreement and issuing a refund for the charge mentioned above.     17-Jan-2025 8:11:31 PST They sold me a voice service. They said that users can find my business by saying hey siri or hi ******. I didn't understand and provided my credit card. Then they charged the money and sent a receipt to my email. After the call, I checked their email and website. I don't think it helped my business at all.Also, I checked their refund policy and I was eligible for a refund. But I called them and they kept delaying and didn't want to refund me.

    I have not received any response from them, no calls, no texts, no emails. They just keep delaying refunding my money! This is unreasonable. So it makes sense that any public rating they have is so low. (such as ****** reviews, trustpilot, etc.)

    Refund Policy

    Refunds:
    Refunds are processed by the ****************** during their normal hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 10am 6pm Eastern Time (closed on Federal holidays).  All transactions are subject to the following Refund Policies:
    All customers have the right to a full refund within 24 hours of initial services rendered if work has not been completed. We will simply do a restore to the state the listing was in before we worked on it and refund 100% of the purchase price after we have had a customer support representative, gain access to the listing and revert and changes.
    Customers displaying buyers remorse, or customers that are being pressured by a third party to cancel services, are not considered valid grounds for a refund.  We take great pride in our work and no refunds will be issued if the work has been completed. All calls are recorded and if a customer claims hes interested in SEO services work will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
    If the customer is not satisfied with the state of a service, a second service attempt will be made at no additional cost.  The customer will need to give our technicians access to the listing to have the remaining issues resolved within 7 days of sale.  Should our technicians fail to resolve the issue within 7 days of the original purchase date, a full refund will be issued. To qualify for the full refund, the customer must give our technicians an adequate opportunity for a second repair attempt within that seven day period.  Refunds are only issued if the customer has given us seven days to fix the issue at hand and we are not able to do so.

    This is the refund policy of Apex Media Solutions, LLC and I fully qualify for the refund policy. I realized 10 minutes after I ordered that I was scammed. I did not need their services at all. I called them and told them I did not need them and I wanted to cancel the order and refund my money. Instead they changed the person who answered the phone and the last lady asked me to wait and said they would call me. They never did.

    I have receieved a number of phone calls harassing my business about voice registration. I have confirmed the company associated with these calls is in fact Apex Media Solutions. From the very first call, I requested to be removed from their contact list. I prefer to leave attorneys and court out of things, but from this point forward that may be my only option. I have receieved no less than ***** calls from this agency about voice registration from various area codes labeled "spam risk". I will pursue legal action if the phone calls do not cease.

Its interesting to claim I have the wrong company despite extensive research into these spam calls. Numerous callers confirmed the company name and abbreviation of ***.     Received a call from Apex Media Services stating that they work with ***** and they offer a service which is ensuring our company would appear in the top 5 business when asking Siri or ***** to find our business.This was high pressured sales. After providing the card number and before they processing, I told them I did not want to proceed and was asked why? I explained that I didnt feel good about this and did not want to proceed. I was put on hold and then advised that they had already processed it before I confirmed. A search online shows that this company is not to be trusted and is not who they say they are. They deducted $149.99 from our company bank account. I have contacted the bank but unfortunately it has already processed. I do not want anyone to fall prey to this. Its a total scam. They refused to offer a refund and hung up when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

    I have been using this company's services for about a year now and in that time they were not communicating with me or delivering on their promises. So in March of 2024 I requested to cancel my services. They continued to schedule my phone appt but did not actually call me, finally in September after asking again they put me with a different account manager and promised they would do better, unfortunately they did not deliver so on 12/4/2024 I requested to cancel services again. I called and emailed multiple times requesting this. I finally got a call back and was told it would be cancelled. I continued to be changed in Dec. My payments always come out on the 12th and this month they ran the payment on the 1st. My accounts manager called me on friday 1/10/2025, which I did not schedule. I told him I was very disappointed that I had yet to hear from them and was still being charged. He told me that it would be noted and someone would call me. When we got off the phone I got an email that I missed my appointment, with this message attached " It looks like we were unable to get a hold of you for your scheduled appointment time, even when we cant talk to you, we're always working on your account. Below is a recap of the appointment, a scheduling link for my calendar to have another appointment and go over a few things. I look forward to talking to you soon!" Which is not what we talked about. This company is a scam and takes advantage of people that trust in their services. They also have disconnected my access to the web portal for my account. All I want is to cancel services and get a refund on themonthsthat I requested cancellation.

    Apex Media relentlessly cold-called my business and used high-pressure sales tactics to sell me Voice Search Activation and *** services, which I quickly realized I didn't need. I attempted to cancel the *** service within 24 hours but was not allowed to do so. I spoke with multiple representativesAnthony, Makayla, ******** and Dominquethroughout this process. They were calming while reassuring me that they would provide excellent service despite their horrible reviews. They were professional in delaying my cancellation request. Since it was the holiday season, it was easy for them to stall me.Each representative presented themselves as my personal contact, but I was shifted from one to another each time I called. They managed to delay my cancellation or service, past Christmas, claiming that everyone was out of the office. Currently, I have not undergone onboarding, have not specified my keywords, they have posted my private address on 45 search engines, and written generic "About" sections without my input. I have been unable to reach anyone in their office for a month to resolve these issues. Yet, when my January payment failed on December 25, they miraculously had someone available to call me to collect another payment! ( I had previously told ******* when she refused to give a refund that I wanted to use my initial $500 worth and then cancel the monthly *** service.)After New Year's I began calling them repeatedly. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone; it rings until a message states that the person's mailbox is not set up. I spent $129.99 on Voice Search Activation, yet they did not register my business. I also spent $498 on Search Engine Optimization but cannot obtain any documentation or fixes for their initial mistakes. I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I paid them my hard-earned money to help grow my business, and now I want either a refund or proof that they have provided the services they promised.

    Surprisingly a *** that had been scheduled to call me on January 10th actually kept the appointment. I was quite doubtful since I had already blocked the payment. ***** was quite helpful; (as were all the previous ***s)  he helped me through the process of registering my business on voice searches and started the process of SEO for my ****** page.  Although I had a horrible experience with them for the past month and would never give them a positive review, I feel satisfied with the service that they have offered me. You do not have to post my negative review. Thank you for all that you do to protect consumers.
