      Save your time and book directly with hotel. I thought was booking directly only to find it that my search directed me to Reservations.com. Called immediately within a 2 minutes since my stay required a dog friendly room which can't be done through 3rd party. Wasn't allowed to cancel or get any assistance on securing a dog friendly room. And they charge a $19.99 for their REMOVED.

      Furious!!! Unscrupulous business ethic!!! After making reservations for a local hotel and calling to cancel 1 hour later due to a change in plans, they refused to reimburse mea payment of over $800.

      I thought I was dealing directly with hotel when I made reservation, and not a third party reservation platform (i.e., Reservations.com). I later cancelled reservation and was charged a $19.99 service fee. In my opinion this service fee was hidden and deceitful. I requested refund from Reservations.com, but was told the service fee was non-refundable.

      Reservations.com has advertisement on Holiday Inn website portraying themselves as Holiday Inn and lowest prices available . They quote you a low price. When you get bill it has higher amount because of taxes and fee and a fee for Reservation.com. They will cancel your reservation but not refund money. They say they make through Expedia.com who only refers you back. I want a full refund and cancellation. Please help!

      I thought i was booking a hotel on the hotel's website and then after booking, realized it was 3rd party. I called IMMEDIATELY to cancel, literally within 2 minutes, and they said they couldn't cancel. Charging me $169, for 2 minutes. There is the 'right thing' to do, and there is 'policy'. That policy is there to protect your company and the establishment from financial loss incurred due to cancelations. At no time was marketing pulled or a room 'held up' where you would have lost the ability to rent the room to someone else. There was no financial loss caused to your company OR to the establishment so the fact that you are denying a refund is a very shortsighted result. This is extremely poor decision making considering the amount of travel myself and my employees have and will be doing over the course of the next year. Our entire company as well as every SM outlet I can find will be aware of your lack of customer service. I am extremely confident that anyone would find that a $165+ charge for an error that was reported within 3 minutes is obnoxiously poor customer service. BEWARE!!!!!!!

      Booked us into the wrong Mount Airy hotel we were in North Carolina not Mount Airy California.
      Call support refused to change reservation to correct city. We were asking for refund use to
      make it right with customer. Poor business model lesson learned book with hotel not some
      3 party with only one thing in mind take your money.

      I made a nonrefundable reservation on 04/11/2023. I called the next day to cancel and told not possible.
      I called May 9 to attempt to transfer booking to another city for the same dates.
      Also told, not possible according to the cancellation policy.
      Will file a dispute with REMOVED.

      Deceitful company! They lie about hidden fees until you get the bill and rude agents! Skip them and just make reservations directly with the hotel!

      I thought I was booking a hotel room on the hotel's website. I didn't realize I was on a 3rd party site until the transaction was completed. Then I went on the hotel website and found out the room I had just booked was $58 cheaper. I read the cancellation policy from reservations.com and it appeared that I could get a refund for everything but their $19.99 service fee. I immediately requested a refund and was told by their customer service that I wasn't entitled to receive any money back. Next time I book a hotel room it will be on the phone with the actual hotel.
      This company must make a lot of money off deceiving people. Sad.

      If I could provide a negative star review I would. This company leads to to believe you're booking direct with the hotel when you're not. They have language in their cancellation policy, which was NOT provided until I made the reservation, leading you to believe you can be refunded up to the day you check in which is NOT the case. When my room was cancelled the day after I made the reservation, their cancellation policy withheld more than the actual cost of the room if I had booked direct with the hotel. The fact that they charged me almost $500 for a hotel room I cancelled a week before the trip was taken was criminal and unethical. When you're making a hotel reservation BE SURE YOU'RE BOOKING DIRECT WITH THE HOTEL, NOT WITH RESERVATIONS.COM. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM, buyer beware!
