They scammed me! They actually pretend they are the actual hotel & charge extra fees. I did not receive the room that I booked. I was told my room was paid in full, but once I got to the hotel I was charged an extra $51. I called them & just got the run around. This business needs to be shut down.

I was in a hurry booking a hotel and accidentally booked with reservations.com after I was done I realized I didn't get a confirmation email but ***** was charged from reservations.com in my bank. I called to cancel and it hung up on me. Finally I got to a live person and she said the ***** would drop then I checked my bank and a random ***** fee was charged thankfully my card is locked. But I think the ***** was from them since I can't use my card. Hoping the fees drop very sketchy website and definitely a scam!

Pretended to be the hotel. Charged me $60 more than room rate and charged me a pet fee which the hotel then charged me again when I got there. Found out at the hotel that this company just uses ******* to make your booking, marks up the price and runs away laughing. I called reservation to get a refund for the over payment and they were rude, dismissive and told me I would get an email shortly. Never heard from them again. Complete scammers.

Reservations.com is very disreputable. You dont realize you are not on a hotel website and being charged a service fee. When you try to cancel and get a refund, the service fee is nonrefundable. The debit card I used was cancelled after I make the reservation (due to a fraud alert from my bank due to a scammer). When I talked to *************** to give them the new debit card number, they said they could not refund to another card. Buyer beware of ***************!!

Reservation desk charged me $19.99 for the service of booking and $82 for the room. Upon checking out of the Red Roof Inn Plus in **********, they charged my card$62 saying that reservation desk did not pay them for my stay. Needless to say the 2 places are giving me the run around blaming each other. But I have received no refund yet.

What is the point of posting bad reviews here when that compqny continues to scam and charge people insane amount of money after lying and cheating. I got talked into the same trap as many other posted. Tota scam, avoid at all cost.

I booked a stay thinking I was on the hotel site, Minutes later my Card fraud **** called and asked If I had done this transaction, when I looked at my account there was 2 charges one for ****** and *****, It took a while to reach reservations. com, I told them I wanted to cancel, and they said fine, but you cannot get a refund, I said I just booked it 10 min ago. my reservation date was for 10-25-2024 Per their cancellation policy states, I would have had to cancel my reservation a day before I made it. which they know, and I know would be impossible. They finally agreed to refund the *****, If I had canceled, I would not be refunded any money back because of their fraudulent Cancellation ********* would be out

I booked by mistake on October 20th 2024 for dates In November *****th 2024, and they wouldn't refund me after an hour of being booked and they said they "canceled" my reservation after arguing about it not being able to be canceled and I paid $728.00 Canadian dollars. they said id be refunded in 7-10 business days but after seeing all of these negative reviews I don't think ill be refunded the 728.00$, CAD. My status says cancelled but does that mean I'll be fully refunded? They said while I tried to cancel my own reservation that I clicked on a promo that popped up and said I clicked it and that is what made the reservation non refundable. when there was no other option then to click on that to exit out go that screen to go to the next step. Please help me and make others aware of this website that scams people.I called multiple times and ended up being put on hold to only speak to the same person over and over and they said it was canceled which I do not believe. Will my bank dispute this for me?Before the apparent pop up there was a free cancelation fee before November 7th 2024. I tried to cancel legit an hour after booking on October 20th 2024. I was not aware of this type of scam this is disgusting and this company should be sued.

Absolute scam. They represent themselves as the hotel and then add an absurd fee at the end. I was booking quickly at the pool with my kids with the understanding I was booking with Marriot and I had a sense of trust. I realized when I got my confirmation and called the hotel directly and they explained how much my room should have cost. Working with ******** so they cannot misrepresent themselves and take advantage of trusted brands. I immediately contacted them and they cancelled the reservation but they kept a 25% fee. I did agree to the cancellation fee but that is when I thought I was booking through Marriott not a scam that I needed out of as soon as possible.
