      ******** did a fantastic job today with my motel reservation!!I'm an 80 yr. old seasoned traveler but still require help with travel arrangements. He was not only patient and kind but very helpful. We need more like him!!

      I felt hustled by this interim company that intercepted my call instead of being able to speak directly with a staff member at ********This will be the last time I stay at this hotel since they are unable to handle their own calls. I will also post this review on ******. I am very disappointed
