      I was informed that if I wanted to call and cancel my reservation by her that it would not be a problem. I just did that and its a problem. Shes an absolute liar and did not tell the truth

      He was hard to understand. I was lead to believe there was only one room left with two beds left and he said if he were me he would take it. When I checked in I ask of they were full. The answer was a clear no.

      Hard to understand what she was saying.I tried to do it online, but it kept giving me errors on my cards. Want to argue with me about my expiration date and then I get call and then I cant understand the lady on half of what she was saying.
