    I paid an installment for an AI money making system. I have not received anything. I reached out to see1, but they can't find the tracking. They keep asking to add om charges, but I have 4 more orders where I've gotten nothing. Thanks.

    We can confirm that there were only four purchases made under this email address, all of which were refunded on July 9th.


    As shown in the screenshot you provided, all four charges labeled SEZZLE*************************P1 have been refunded. The fifth charge, however, is for SEZZLE*PREMIUM, which was a payment made directly to Sezzle for their premium membership. This charge was not made to us, and we recommend contacting ******* support team for assistance regarding that transaction.


    We kindly ask that the refund policies of platforms not be misused. The purchases were made on July 9th, and a BBB complaint was filed the same daybefore any attempt was made to access or evaluate the product. If there had been any issues accessing the content, you could have reached out to our support or the sellers support team. Since no such contact was made, this suggests an intent to exploit the refund process rather than a genuine interest in the product.


    That said, we wish you all the best and reaffirm that all purchases made through our platform have been fully refunded.

    On 6/6/2025 I purchased the CR8-DGX system from elite media on the Explodely platform. It clearly states that the customer has the right to cancel for any reason with a 60 day money back guarantee. The refund policy also states that a refund will be issued within 48 hours of the request. The system is a scam asking for another $4000 to be able to schedule the initial onboarding call. On 6/14/2025 I opened a refund ticket with Explodely in which I was instructed to contact the seller. I requested a refund through elite media. They offered me an exchange and closed the ticket saying it was resolved. I recieved an email from Explodely saying that the ticket was resolved and closed. If i feel it wasn't resolved to reopen the ticket. I've reopened the ticket numerous times. Same thing each time. Both places close the ticket saying it has been resolved. The last response I recieved from Explodely said, "We understand that you are looking to get a refund for your purchase. However, our responsibility is limited to providing billing support for the seller. The seller has the sole authority to issue a refund. ?Therefore, please get in touch with the seller for any assistance regarding the product and refund at their support desk."I read and followed the return policy on Explodely. It says nothing about their responsibility being limited to billing support. It says it will be issued in 48 hours.

    I purchased a marketing item on January 25, 2025 for $30.69 thenExplodely charged me for 3 more purchases on June 6, 2025 for (1. $106.70) (2. $73.70) and (3. $19.35) ; I seen ads on instagram they are scamming people I need my money back I called my bank multiple times

    Hi there,


    All purchases made under the email ****************** were disputed by the buyer and subsequently charged back by their bank. Once a chargeback is initiated, we no longer have control over the timing of the refundit is handled entirely by the bank.


    The amounts have already been debited from our end, and weve also incurred the associated fees for these disputes. Since the buyer chose to dispute the transactions through their bank, theres unfortunately nothing further we can do from our side to assist at this point.

    I purchased a program on june ******* $17 at checkout they said for$14.31 we will unlock the program t its full potential soi paid that also, as soon as the money cleared they wanted more money $97 for immediate revinue i thinkand as soon as that money cleared they wanted$297 more and i still have not recieved the product i originaly paid for,,at the $297 i give up ,who knows where it was going to end? i requested a cancel and refund my moneyto Explodely since they are the ones who withdrew my money and issued the reciepts,which i have,,i had to open a ticket,and explodely sent my claim to the vendor an marked my ticket as RESOLVED,my ticket,,the vendor sent me a generic response so i reopened the ticket as not resolved and added to it and again explodely sent it to the vendor and marked my ticket as RESOLVED and this vicious circle is still on going, no body wants to take responsibility and cancel these two purchases and refund my money,,plus their return policy clearly states"you are entitledto cancel your order within 60 days with out giving any reason for doing so"

    Dale Petree  provided they provide a list with the exact refund amounts they are claiming that has been refunded. Sorry but i find it hard to trust a company that has dealt with me so badly.

    My name is **** ******* and I purchased a product named Teslar 911 thru the Explodely platform on May 15th, Order # ********** vendor name ***** *****. The vendor explained to me that I would have to contact Explodely to address my refund request. After I opened my case with the platform I was informed that they are not responsible for any refunds relative to the vendor. On the company website it clearly states that if you have a problem with any previous purchase you can submit a case . This morning June 14th I received a notification that my case has been closed. The vendor Mr ***** is also not cooperating saying that I am eligible for a refund but never sends me my money. Thank You

    I purchased this program in three different pay-outs. I've asked for as refund, but haven't heard from them in any way. I would like a refund(which they brag about on the video).     I purchased a product called The Cash Box from seller "atlantis" on Explodely. The sales video claimed that I had won $3845, and that I could cash out the same winnings every month for one year. Yet a few hours after completing the purchase, the seller sent me a frantic email, warning me that their systems were just hacked by Chinese hackers, and that I needed to pay an additional $143 just to secure my account, otherwise my funds would be drained by hackers. It turns out that The Cash Box is not a real product. It is an elaborate extortion scheme designed to prey on customers by using threats of financial harm and loss to obtain money illegally. I urgently notified Explodely about this scam and requested an immediate refund. However, 3 days have elapsed with no response. The fraudulent product is still advertised as for sale on the Explodely marketplace. Evidently, Explodely has no interest in protecting its own customers from bad actors like "atlantis" whom are using its service to conduct illegitimate interstate commerce, including fraud and extortion.

    I purchased two products from this company (Explodely) in March of this year and what I received was not as advertised. They say that they have a no questions asked refund policy and so I requested a refund for both products ($38.99 & $44.99) within the allotted time (60 days). According to this company, the refunds were issued to my bank (Venmo) on May 30. I still havent received the refunds in my account. When I followed up with this company via email, they said to check with my bank. I called my bank and they notified me that NO refunds had been issued. Ive called this company back 2x now and both times the RUDE customer service provided NO help and talked over me, interrupted me and said that according to their records, the refunds were successfully submitted on May 30. I explained that I followed up with my bank, at their suggestion, and that the bank has no record of those refunds being issued. I could barely get a word in during the very one-sided conversarion and was told both times that a supervisor would be calling me (at my request) and was hung up on. To date, I have recorded no calls and still have not received the refunds.

    We can confirm that refunds for both purchases were issued on our end on May 30th. Although the purchases were made on March 28th—beyond the standard 60-day refund window—we still processed the refunds as a courtesy.

    Since the refunds have been successfully issued, the buyer should check their bank statement for the credit. Please note that the refund was sent to the same card used for the original purchase, ending in 3250.

    I am rejecting this response because:the card used for purchase was a gift card and cannot receive refunds. I had asked for the last four numbers of the card used and I was today 5048. Obviously, this was wrong and this could have been settled with the correct information. As a result, the funds never left the account for Explodely. I am happy to provide a card number for my bank account which can be used to issue the refund.

    Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If a gift card was used, the refund is automatically sent back to that same card. Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the refund destination, as we don’t have access to full card details—everything is encrypted, and we can only see the last four digits.

    We understand this issue has been ongoing for some time, and we’d like to help resolve it promptly. As a one-time exception, please provide your PayPal email address and the total refund amount. We’ll issue a duplicate refund via PayPal while we continue investigating what happened to the original refund.
