I paid for several things from IncomeX and discovered from investigation it was a scam. I have been writing and trying to get all monies that I paid out back. On 10/9/25 I purchased a $37 ****** Virgin millionaire program. I was sent a link to click on to Access to which when I did it only showed other programs at a much higher price, not the program I paid for. After I purchased my products from Explodely, I was told in the email with my receipt of purchase to "Download & Access the Digital Product". I clicked on the link, and it directed me to another website where it stated I would receive an email shortly with my access information. I purchased two digital products from this so-called company on September 26, 2025, order #********** in the amount of $216.70 and order # ********** in the amount of $55.70. I was also to schedule a coaching direct call, which I did, and to find out that I could purchase coaching and extra training for another $4900. I declined that offer. I never received the email that was stated to access my purchases, so on October 3, 2025, I sent a request to their support letting them know that I never received the orders and that I wanted a full refund since I never received my products. I went back and forth with an ***** who then told me I had to request the refund to the seller in which she gave me an email. I sent the email with the order numbers and amount, explaining that I wanted a refund because I never received digital products, and at this point, I was no longer interested in this business. They replied, saying that I had to try out the products first before they would give me a refund. I sent them another email stating that I never received the products, and that is why I am asking for a refund or for them to send me the products. They then sent me an email showing that the problem ticket was now closed. I just reopened the ticket, letting them know I am reporting them to you all, and I hope that you can do something about this company, because unfortunately, even if I don't get my money back. They need to be shut down immediately as a fraudulent company!Business Response

I signed up for 2 service from Explodely on June 26, 2025. I then requested for a refund on the same day after being asked to sign up for additional services with additional payment. I must purchase software licenses from ********************** for my freelance job testing software. Almost from the start of my job, Explodely has declined my transactions and has blamed my bank when my bank has not seen any transaction from Explodely. Its continual denial of my license purchases means that I cannot test the software and it also means that I do not get paid. I am an elderly, disabled female and this job is perfect for me because I cannot leave my apartment and my Social Security doesn't make ends meet financially. They blame a chargeback for denying me purchases, but I don't know what that is, and they refuse to discuss it. They are denying my livelihood. I want them to allow me to make my software license purchases so that I can do my job and get paid. Is arbitration a solution? Their owner, Digistore24 is doing the same thing to me. Because of multiple chargebacks in the past, both the seller and the payment processor have declined your transactions. They have flagged them as extremely high risk, which justifies the sellers decision not to proceed.
It is entirely within the sellers rights to choose whether or not to sell their product, and in this case, they have decided not to. Please note that no money has been taken from youyour transactions were simply declined.
As weve explained previously, this decision rests solely with the seller, and we do not have any control over it.

Its obviously a scam that involves wasting a huge amount of time for people who desire some positive result which does not involve losing money ALL THE TIME. And then there must be a lot of people who do lose money because they live in false hope and actually pay these criminals ( explodely). Surely the internet system must (be able to) act to stop this sort of thing otherwise why have this form filling system i have just gone through wasting our time. And i dont apologise for incomplete filling of form because the ** bot set up by scammers would track me down and stuff me around. There is no resolution for us all here unless ** is reined in with some sort of ruling on its seemingly open freedom to do what it wants/likes (under the operation of a criminal human).Business Response
