    I previously left a review on Explodely, LLC and I want to add/update regarding it. I was seeking a refund for $16.74 and my repeated emails were in vain. I finally told them I was reporting them. After they received that, I finally received a couple of emails that my ticket was resolved & a credit would be issued. I received notification regarding that it was processed; received it on 9/5/25.

    I regretfully purchased a investment server program from a company called Explodely the program was the VIP3 project for what the video said to be free at the end of the video they changed the story it was not free they wanted 20$ i had a lapse if judgement for a second and thought whats $20 even if a scam making myself believe the risk was worth a possible loss of $20 immediately they wanted more i said no and stsrted looking for the refund link to get my $20 back when they flashed another offer are you sure just get this then for 79 instead of 119? I said no and clicked the refund link it took me to another offer just get this for 60$ i ssid no then it took me to the refund ticket page finally which i filled out submitted then looking at reviews from people everyone is complaining about the buisness lying saying they refunded the money when they didnt and then just giving avrunaround about it and then that the company continued to add charges even sfter asking for a refund and being lied to even one guy was like me said he was willing to risk $20 to see if its legit and they racked up over $1000 of charges to his card so i have had to dispute the purchase and kill my card with the bank to make sure i dont suffer the same fate which is a necessi** somewhat cresting a issue a bit worse for me than a inconvenience of having to wait for a new card i really didnt need to kill my card right now for a number of reasons and i saw where some had filled a complaint at the bbb and gotten refunds so here i am to see to it i hope that i do get my $20 back but also want to ask the bbb to please do what you can to have this stopped its not even a company its a conspiracy i feel and im only lucky even with the issue of killing my card im came out probally better than anyone else i read from that made a purchase from these people and got their clocks cleaned out for it just for wanting to believe they may have found somethimg that can help keep from going under its a struggle **

    On August 15, 2025, I made a purchase with Explodely for what I thought was a Lotto ticket. Then they sent me emails and text messages saying that I had to buy more to qualify. After making the purchases I realized that it was a scam. I called customer service for Digital (information on my credit card) and asked for a refund. The person told me that I did not understand what I bought so I needed more information. Then I read the email and it said they were going to charge me every month for one subscription that I don't even understand. I think this company is not legit and they are scamming me. I want to request a refund for the charges for order *********, **********, and ******* -- the total of all charges is $226.94.

    This company is a ****. They prey on the elderly and promise them they're going to have financial freedom but they charge again and again and again. They're like the Tinder ******** and need to be shut down. They promised him a refund because he changed his mind and he has yet to receive it.

    have purchased several different accounts for AI algorithm making money through Warriors plus explosively and they have both managed to cover track to where I cant getback into any of the information

    Explodely turned down 2 different requests for funding on my debit card. I called my bank and their response was they are using incorrect information, I refilled the sales request as asked by my bank and it was turned down again. I finally found a phone number and talked to the owner (Must have been because he did not have a manager or boss) He told me to call back after 10:00 pm. Again I asked for manager and he hung up the third time. Now I am part of an organization that requires me to perform at a certain level. I guess the part that bothers me the most is these people take payments and handle sensitive information all over the us and elsewhere, With this attitude and helpful nature, I would like to find out who the governing body for so called banks online and if they have any requirements to the people that use them. Note: When he got ugly I did record some of the conversation!

    I purchased 6 different products from different sellers and 6 separate order IDs. I have typed the numbers repeatedly to explodely and have gotten run around since 7/14/25..I am exhausted. I do not want any of these products. Too complicated and they kept asked for money for each product to access them.. website says they have no problem refunding anyone. I am definitely having a problem. I've been on my phone for days trying to reach someone for answers. I'm getting a runaround and im frustrated. I just want my money back and they think I want help with the products. I don't understand what the problem is except for this to be a scam

    To whom it may concern: Every day I I check my balance AND my bank statement. I have told the explodely support several times that some purchases were made by debit card and some by credit card through ****** They will not answer me and they still open a new ticket for "everything". I do not want more tickets I just want to know if I was refunded for "all" purchases not just $37.00 and $31.90 because that surely doesn't amount to $281.59!

    On June 4, 2025 I placed Order Number: ********** Order Date: 04-06-2025 TESLAR 911 BOT - $67.00 Once I tried to start the program, while trying to activate it, they kept forcing me to watch videos in which they were just pushing for endless upgrades stating that they were needed for the program to work, so on the same day, I also placed Order Number: ********* Order Date: 04-06-2025 TESLAR 911 BOT - Upgrade 1 - $97.00 After just a few minutes of going though more and more endless upgrades that were supposedly needed for the program to work, I realized that this was just a scam to keep you expending money with the hopes of making money, so I called immediately, the same day and I requested to cancel both orders and get my money back. On June 6, I got a notification that my $97 refund had been issued, and that it would take a few business days to post on my bank account. The refund immediately showed as pending, and on On June 9, 2025, I got the $97 refunded to my bank account. I then contacted Explodely, and I asked them again for my $67.00 refund for the Order Number: ********** for TESLAR 911 BOT. I have never received the refund. They keep closing my request ticket as completed. I had reopened like 5 times, and all I get is a generic message stating: QUOTE - Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know we got your details.When you get a chance, make sure to check your account now and then. Processing refunds can take a little time since it goes through several steps. -END QUOTE.
