    ********* promises, email if, for any reason you're dissatisfied with the program. Just email them for a refund. Not so much.After paying the access fee, and purchasing a computer program, supposedly for assistance in navigating the business, I was returned to the presentation page and asked to repay the access fee...five times. After I told them about my problem and filing 5 refund requests for for purchases, I found additional charges I didn't make on my debit card. I was told I had to contact "seller" of the program, even though it appears on my account as purchase from them. I was double charged for the Robot X program and they even refused to refund me even when I supplied proof. The seller denied my request for refund because I hadn't used the program and couldn't supply proof that the program was faulty. They refunded the a couple of minor charges, $7.48, $20. But the main charges of $216 and access fee, along with several other charges weren't addressed. The just said the ticket has been closed. The debit card purchases were made even though my card was locked. Several charges were declined by my bank, but later I found those charges on my CC. Extremely frustrating. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. And they were even calling me five days later, asking me to continue with the program because ********* wants to go public and they need documented success stories for the ***. So I'm out about $400. I have initiated new refund requests but not hopeful of a positive response. I've had to cancel all of my cards as a precaution against more unauthorized charges, and now waiting for new cards. So many scammers out there. I just wanted them to follow their own standards policies. Extremely frustrated. Please don't be as gullible as I was.

    A scam for certain. Ordered the first offer and ordered 2 more offers and then realized I would not be able to get out of the offers. I have emailed them requesting a full refund and keep getting notifications that I need to 'start' their program. I don't want to and haven't wanted to participate. Very frustrating! They do not keep their word that you can get a full refund, no questions asked.

    This business is not legit at all! I got duped by an email and they refused to refund all my money. I asked for my money back immediately! I don't have to test the program because they just promised everything and you get nothing!I must have been really desperate! They owe me $703.97! I want and need my money back and they need to track down and prosecute these snakes!

    This business is a huge scam. Do not order from them. You order one product and they charge you for way more than what you ordered. My husband ordered something for ***** dollars and he got charged for ****** dollars worth of stuff. We are going to report the company and do whatever it takes to get our money back.

    In checking with this company, I clicked to exit the page an it went to another an ask if I wanted this product I clicked no an this went on for 5 times. So I just turned my phone off an later I got 5 emails showing I had authorized over $350.00 in purchases. I immediately sent a message requesting a refund, an they tell me I have to try the product first.seems like ever time you click on something they say you agreed to buy something else. It is nothing but a SCAM

    I purchased 8 different systems from this company. I have been trying for more than a month to get a refund for the systems purchased because I can not access them without receiving a scam notice or being redirected to purchase the same item again. They have been arguing with me saying I must use the system before I can get a refund. How can you use something you can't access? It has cost me $340.00. Which they won't refund.

    It seems this company is very good at offering one price and charging a higher price. I ordered the WiFi Cash Machine course on July 21, 2025. The computer started upselling me and charging my card. I couldnt get out of the system. I was charged 3 separate times. $16.97, $47.10 & $197.00. The next day, I inquired about a refund, that they claimed they would do, no questions asked. I have gone round & round with a so called ******* who asks the same questions. Even after providing the information, no refund. ******, never purchase anything from this **************************.

    This company just contacted me by text saying I won a lotto asking me to pay ******************************* to pay an additional 19 dollars. I got suspicious and just did some research and decided to back away from this unbelievable amount that I supposedly had won. It was to good to be true so I would appreciate that instead of me writing a complaint and this business can continue to scam ppl out of money that the BBB ACTUALLY TAKE ACTION AND STOP THIS SCAM. They are using that they had a lawsuit for certain companies that was polluting the air and it took 6 years for them to actually win the case. The point is this company is going to the extreme to scam innocent ppl out of money that they will never see or have *** hopes up thinking that they won all this money because my winnings supposedly ***** and I supposedly will recieve this amount for a whole year. ACTION IS NEEDED AND STOP JUST COMPLAINING!!!

    I purchased a product for $37.00 they say for the product to work better they offer a product for $97.00 I declined on the exit of that page they offer that product at a discount for $47.00 so I except and instead of the $47.00 they changed the original $97.00 and then the have several more upsales for this same product do what it actually supposed to do. They tell you that you have a 60 day guarantee refund. So because they did not mentioned any of these up sales in the sales video and the fact they charged me more than I agreed to I requested a refund my 60 days is not up. We go back and forth about my refund now tge want to give me my money back, now the want to offer me some other program for free, I don't want that I just want my money back. I don't want to deal with them anymore I just want them to honor their guarantee and refund my money.00

    Same thing happened to me. They tell u a story about a robot that's gonna send you money and then u gotta pay to block some hackers and then they say here's a course. Company is garbage. Liars. Do not spend your money w these scammers. I've sent a dozen emails asking for a refund and they stall. Even sent them a screenshot of their refund policy. Total garbage.
