      I ordered free sample of their product from this company that included a 4.99 shipping fee. Within two weeks my card was billed an additional ***** and I was told I had been enrolled in a subscription. Attempts to have the company refund my money were rudely responded to. They refused. The product sent to me was completely ineffective when it was tried as a calming anxiety supplement. This company preys off people looking for relief of a very distressing condition.

      I was enrolled in an automatic subscription without being informed. I ordered a sample and ************************************************************** authorize but was charged for. The company has claimed the subscription was stated on the order page but I've ordered countless, countless online products and IF it was mentioned, nowhere was it placed in a place a consumer would have seen it. I was never sent a single follow up email informing me or thanking me for enrolling in a subscription program. 100% of all other subscription programs I have enrolled in, send a follow up email detailing the subscription and layer send an email informing of the last day to cancel before the next subscription installment is charged. I got zero emails regarding a subscription, yet almost daily spam promotion emails. This was an intentionally predatory campaign. (I'm not the only one who was deceived. See photo)

      I purchased samples on October ******* from this company and did not read the *** section on their website because I never thought that this would happen. They roped me into a subscription for 3 products costing $117.98 and now wont refund my money. I requested to cancel the order and a refund the day that the order was placed on my card without my knowledge and they ignored my request and shipped the package anyway. Their policy is no refunds on subscriptions but I never signed up for a subscription. Ive never heard of any company roping someone into a subscription off of buying samples or refusing a refund because of a subscription. Its all to scam people out of their money. I have emailed them over 7 times and the customer care **** just send emails back and forth antagonizing me over my own money that was taken without my knowledge. Yes I did admit that I didnt read the drop down menu but that should have been stated clear as day on the site when purchasing samples, we should not have to go and look for it. I also was supposed to receive an email 3 days before my card was charged about the upcoming shipment and never received that either.

      I did not sign up for any subscriptions after getting a few free samples. Few weeks later Im charged $160 and zero response from customer support . Ive called, emailed and used the chat feature on their website and nothing!

      I paid the shipping cost for "free samples" and started getting charged over $206 each month for the next 2 months. I often get free samples so I truly did look this website and each page over before paying for the "shipping cost" of the samples. I hadn't really needed to detail into my bank account transactions for over a month so I did not notice until 2 boxes came to my house (they arrived on the same day, although they were charged a month apart). I immediately checked my transactions and contacted my bank to inactivate my card. I tried to reach out to their customer service (which was absolutely awful and rude) and get the "100% money back guarantee" especially when I did not knowingly place a subscription order and will not touch anything in the boxes! They would stop replying until the conversation was almost going to expire (support chat lasts like 7 days until they expire) but every time still ignore me asking for their guarantee that they brag about all over their website. This is a total scam, and all the employees their clearly know it. There is no phone number with a real human to call for a reason! My bank is doing awful at refuting this and I don't even know what to do here.

      Trying to get a refund, which their policy says is allowed. Mentioned purchasing another item instead of original item which came clustered up in a big brick. Its workout powder but it does not work. Received email in return stating they sent out a bottle of what I was going to purchase next. I lost out on a discount, but that was fine. Whatever. They even sent the tracking number and it said awaiting shipment for three weeks. Only when I sent another email and requested a full refund since I had not received any kind of replacement, did they investigate the issue and then decided to reply a couple of days later than my email to them stating, Ih you received the product. You even said thank you.I said thank you weeks ago when they mentioned sending out the second package-the replacement product. They forgot to take it to the post office if something, and then very sneakily tried to tell me I had received my product when I asked for a full refund. I dealt with *********************** each time. They also send out emails paying people for reviews. They will give you $10 if you give them a review. I asked about the $10. I was then told that it was a $10 credit for product thru their website. They never mentioned that. They said it was for $10. Any gimmicks like that have to have full details or its false advertising. I want a refund and Im not getting anywhere with them. I did not accept the package at the post office. I sent it back as return to sender. Im attaching original emails from them stating the shipment was on the way and I received the delivered notification July 15,2024. I first asked for a full refund on June 22, 2024.

      I ordered the free samples and paid for the shipping. They don't put anywhere obvious that you've signed up for a subscription by ordering these samples. In 14 days they used my card info that I used to pay for shipping of the free samples to charge me $125 and send me a package I did not order or want. I've been trying all week now to try and get the return processed that they promised in their regulations on their website. None of my emails are being answered. I even called them, no answer. When the fifteen days is up they'll just say 'too bad!' and keep my $125 that they basically stole!

      Ordered a sample. They consider a sample order a subscription which I didn't realize. Received 2 monthly shipments about $29 each. Reached out to them and they don't refund anything. I requested a return label but got no response. I'm out $58 for stuff I didn't order.

      I was charged for a subscription in June (never received the product) and then was charged for July! I tried to cancel and get a refund but I have not gotten any responses to emails or chats. I cannot find a contact number to call and get results. I just want my money back for a product I never received.

      Yes I got charged ****** today out babe blue after trying the free trial pills that I never even received in the mail which was months ago and then I get an email today saying I was charged over $****** for order I never even placed and now Ive been emailing them and emailing them and no response and I just cant believe this taking money from people and not giving any cares if they are leaving me unable to eat or pay rent or have gas money and Im not going to let this go so easy and Im furious right now and the fact that theres not a lot I can do except expose them so more people dont get taken advantage of !
