      5/8/24 I ordered FREE samples of these supplements to try. I did not realize they AUTOMATICALLY subscribe you to the product. I was charged $52.97 and after trying the sample I didn't actually want them since they didn't have any effect. But I received 2 bottles of product. I looked up the refund policy and emailed them 3 times asking for a refund. I shipped the unopened bottles back. They still will not refund since they said it's a subscription... which I never saw that in their refund policy when I was reading it. I have attached some screenshots.

      I ordered and paid for my product about 2 weeks ago. Website says 2-3 day shipping. My order says it was shipped and I received a tracking number. My order hasn't moved. I reached out to the mostly nonexistent customer service and after multiple attempts asking about my order, they tell me it's out of stock. My tracking number says shipped. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded for my purchase. No refund, no response, still no order and tracking number still says product hasn't moved.

      I authorized this company to charge my card for shipping of a free sample only. They keep billing every month for more products that I dont want. I never authorized this. I dont even have an account with them, so it has been very hard to try and cancel. This company is a scam.

      I ordered two of the supplements this company provides. After trying the supplements, I realized that they are not for me, so I took the company up on their money back guarantee. The company will not respond to my request for a refund. A money back guarantee is clearly offered on their website.

      I ordered a free trial of this product and then tried to cancel it but couldn't find where to cancel on the website. Then I notified I was charged $175 and I reached out via email, chat and ******** chat to the business to cancel the order (it wasn't shipped yet according to the tracking number they sent) 12 hours later someone replied saying they can't refund anything already shipped even though they state they have a 100% guarantee and just let them know that you don't like the product and you will get a hassle free refund.

      I got free samples I paid 4.99 for then a Month later they charged me 28 dollars when I never ordered their product and wouldn't because the samples sucked!!! I want my Money back that I didn't spend with them they unlawfully charged my card without my consent!!!

      I purchased shipping for what was stated to be a free sample from this company on March 23 , 2024. The sample is advertised as risk free and makes no mention of additional charges other than that of the shipping cost. My debit card was charged on March 31st for a full month's supply without my consent or knowledge. After searching the site, which is deliberately vague and hard to navigate, I found that when purchasing a sample you are automatically enrolled into a subscription program. There is no way to know this unless you were told by a previous customer or when you are charged later on and by that point they will not refund your money or accept returns. Not that it matters but even by their own fine print you have 14 days to unsubscribe but I was charged after EIGHT days.

      The transaction went through my bank on 03/16/24. The amount was for $54.49. I had ordered the free samples through a ******** link and I tried the supplements and they only gave me headaches so I decided I was going to buy more. Then I see this charge and now the companyafter initially taking hours to respond to me at allis now saying in ordering the Free samples, I agreed to sign up for a subscription. This is false I never saw anything that said that when I was ordering. Furthermore, I never even created an account with the company because again was only ordering the Free samples. If I was signing up for a subscription wouldnt I have had to create an account so the company could store my info for the subscription? Thats proof I didnt authorize a subscription. The fact that I didnt have an account is evident on the initial emails I exchanged with the company. I tried both my emails addresses and neither worked and they even said they couldnt find an account for me. The only reason they had my card information at all was because I had to pay like a $1 for shipping on the samples. This company should not have charged for this please help. I will attach screenshots of all the communications between me and this company. Thank you.

      I bought a sample but then they charged me for the full size products I never agreed to. I never agreed to this amount or that product. I never signed up for recurring payments.

      Hello, I have messaged this place multiple times and they are still contacting me and trying to take my money and sell me stuff that I have not ordered. This is the last email I sent to them regarding stopping all contact: Why am I getting a free sample shipped to me?! PLEASE TAKE ME OFF ALL of your lists. I have had zero good experiences with any of your products or customer services. I want nothing from you. I don’t want to be on any lists. I never wanted whatever shipments are coming to me. I would like a refund on whatever you are charging me for stuff I never received or ordered. PLEASE take me off your lists, mailing and or otherwise. I will be contacting a legal representative next. ******* ******
