      I signed up to receive free samples of product on 5-30-23 and was not advised that doing so would sign me up for a subscription. On 6-7-28, my account was charged $28.98 with no prior warning. I have since cancelled my subscription and would like the funds returned to my account.

      I ordered free samples from Fing Focus. Shortly after I received them, I received emails confirming another order, plus a shipping email. These emails arrived on the same day at the same time March 14, which is also the date my card was charged for $100.95. The order number is #*****. Ive been in contact with customer service and they claim I received a three day warning email, which I did not. Their website absolutely does not make it clear that buying samples automatically signs you up for a subscription. Theres also no email sent regarding creating an account, which Im assuming you would need for a subscription. I havent even received the products. They created a shipping label. However, the package has not moved. Its been 2 weeks. If **** were actually in possession of the package, I it would have moved by now. The customer service representative even told me that some of the products are back ordered and nothing will ship until all products are available. So they still have my package. And my money. I just want my money back. Ive attached my email exchange with them, which includes the order details.

      I agreed to pay shipping on a free sample, I never received an email nor the samples. They tell me none of my emails are associated. I was then charged (I didnt not authorize) ****** which my bank declined but somehow they were able to get through and charge again. I am unable to get ahold of them. I called the number list on the statement and was sent to voicemail. I have done the support line messages and nothing. This is not okay

      They offer free samples but hidden on a different tab is a 14-day subscription policy. Instead of including it on their front sample page, you must navigate to a separate tab to find this information. It wasn't until I got a charge for $159+ that I had to look for it. It took me several minutes to find it. It's very sneaky.
